The hotel is very near to metro station, it's situated in a by-street so you cannot hear the tumult of the main street. In surroundings there are markets, restaurants and bakery. The standard of the hotel is adequate to the price. It's quite clean, everyday the service cleans up the room. The main defect is that the walls are very thin, you can hear every word of your neighbour from the next room. The furniture are old but the bed is comfortable. Generally I can recommend this hotel.

I can't really rate the relationship between price and quality -- have no experience. My rating only feels the field. My stay in this hotel was really pleasant. I was alone and had enough space in the double-room. For 2 persons this room may be small. The landmark in this case is obvious - Moulin Rouge

Very good location, near metrostation, friendly staff, the room is quite basically furnished , but very clean and quite spacious for a room in the heart of Paris. Big bathroom.Very good quality for the price. I would definitely go back there if I return to Paris. I would recomend it to my friends and to everybody who wants a pleasant, simple but friendly place to stay for a few days.

A renovation in the rooms could be useful, but overall a very nice, spacious room. The hotel is only a minute away from a very central square with a lot of restaurants and a metro station. Very good and polite stuff. Breakfast could be better. Overall, very satisfied, I would stay there again if I was to visit Paris in the future.

The hotel was a little run down, but for 60 Euros per night was good value for money. The area, just off the Place de Clichy Montmartre, was excellent. Plenty of bars, cafes and nightlife, though some where expensive. Also, Pigalle, and it's sex shops, are only a few blocks away, so the area may not be ideal for families. I have been to Paris 7 or 8 times.

During my stay i had a real good time, I had a single room and I can say that the relationship between price and quality is right, it was clean, not too much big but enough for a single person, the breakfast was good too. The hotel is well-located, the nearest metro stop is "Place de Clichy", the metro lines that stop here, serve the most important places of Paris. The hotel is very quite, so you can relax after passing a day in crowded places and strolling around Paris! Along the street there are some interesting cafés and restaurants. I'm 21 years and I think that this hotel is suitable for any age, and any person.

We returned one week ago, the hotel is clean and has great location, near metro station place de klichy. Personnel is polite, rooms are pretty small but having in mind that you will be during a day out of room than it is ok. Each room has wi fi, high speed. Surrounding is good, not dangerous at all, there are caffees, restaurants, markets. I would recommend this hotel and I would return there again.

The internet connection is not working and the staff was not able to offer any help. the room is okay and location is strategic. Only 2 min walk to the metro (Place de Clichy) and 10min away from Montmartre. The hotel is surrounded by many nice cafe and with some chinese and japanese restaurants. The hot shower is working very well and the toilet is clean. The bed is comfortable and with a flat screen TV. However, the sound from the road outside and rooms next door can be heard clearly and that disturb our sleep everynight.

I stayed two nights this summer. The location is outstanding; the Metro is maybe 200 yard from the hotel. Once on the Metro, Paris is at your command. The room and bath are small, but clean. If you are looking for a place where you can stay in all day you might look elsewhere, but if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep and shower this is the place for you.

My daughter and I stayed here for four nights in July 2011. I have no real complaints about this hotel. It was a great deal for the money. The rooms were small as you might expect from a European Hotel. The shower was terribly small and if you dropped anything while in there you were bound to bump your head on the wall! The shower head was broken which made it nearly impossible to wash your hair and there were no hooks on the wall to hang your towel. However, the bed was very comfortable and the room was always clean. The desk staff were pleasant and helpful. We did not have breakfast there because there were several little places very close by to get whatever you fancied. The subway was at the end of the block which made it very convenient to go wherever you wanted. Of note, the rooms are not air conditioned so it would get a little warm at night as we would close the window to drown out the street noise (we faced the street but there are rooms that do not). When the windows were open it was nice, even in July. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is on a budget.

Initially."wi-fi" not in function... after some days: "repaired" but very low signal and discontinuous! Bathroom without any hook for clothes and for shower, too. No hooks for clothes in the room.Plane near bed, very very little. No freezer,no wi-fi, no air conditioner.A little table just enaugh for laptop and some object....but tv (:-D).Just near metro and without step for the luggage;the rest is enaugh unacceptable.

The hotel is quite good, clean even if the street below is quite noisy. We've asked for wi-fi connection but it didn't work however the surrondings are very lively; i suggest a visit to the creperie in rue de douai ( crepes and waitress too good). Breakfast in the bar in front of the hotel is good

Myself and my friend spent four nights there (saturday and sunday included) and we paid for a twin room for very little. The location is great, the Place de Clichy metro station is just at the end of Rue Biot, which made it very easy for us to access all the major attractions in Paris. Place de Clichy is a very nice area, plenty of great (not too expensive) restaurants, fast food restaurants and cheerful bars to feed you and keep you entertained if you don't want to venture too far from the hotel at night. Alternatively taxis from central Paris to Place de Clichy can cost anything from €10-€14 (from Champs-Elysees, the Eiffel Tower etc.) The room was very basic but it was quiet and cleaned daily which suited us perfectly. We spent most of our time out and used the hotel for just sleeping and showering. The beds were so comfortable! I got an excellent sleep each night! The room has a TV with plenty of channels but if you don't speak French I wouldn't bother turning it on! I found the staff to be welcoming and helpful. The reception desk is open 24 hours so if you're thinking of heading out you can be sure there'll be some sleepy looking fellow sitting there at 5 am to let you in the door! We didn't get breakfast in the hotel at all but as far as I know it's €6 for a croissant, orange juice and tea/coffee (we went out and got better breakfasts for a few euros more though, so I'd recommend doing that). I was quite satisfied with my stay and delighted with the small price for the location. I recommend Hotel de Paris Montmartre to low budget travellers (though Paris itself is not so low budget, unfortunately!), students and people who don't like hanging about in luxury hotel rooms because you certainly won't find that in this place!

Rooms were clean, but small. Wifi was working on the first day, but not on the second. It's ok for the price. One good thing, an Indian restaurant was nearby!!The receptionist was bit rude on the day we checked out. 11.00AM check out time to be noted.

This hotel staffs were really bad attitude. They have not hospitality. clean staff is also have not common sense. because, this staff opened key to enter my room in spite of I'm still sleeping! and Room's perfume was so strength! and also Room's curtain is broken. Therefore,I was so surprised! I could not believe that. I think someone staff should prepare good new one before visitor comes. You are hotel man, you should have more hospitality and polite attitude!

Plumbing needs to be checked, place really smells and felt dirty just waking in. Shower was too small to even bend down. Reception guys were very friendly but you should only stay here to sleep, shower elsewhere!

The hotel said wifi in every room when listed with Venere but there was only wifi in the lobby area - uncomfortable setting. Our room was next to lift - noisy. Room & bathroom okay. Hotel next to Place de Clichy metro, bus lines and all sorts of food & entertainment. Hotel staff saved us when we realized we were going to miss our flight - ordered us a taxi that got us to the Charles de Galle airport in less than 30 mins.

Fair price for the budget hotel. Good location. Short distance to Metro (200 meters). Recomment it for travelers that are looking for budget hotel in Paris. Small rooms and small bathroom. Good Indian restaurant next door.
