At all a very nice, small hotel with very good staff. One point was not so nice (beside the sounds of room-neighbours, especially at night ;o) ) the description is very common. this street (square chatillon) is more in the south than the street (rue chatillon). But a call to the hotel solved the problem :)

We stayed in a double room on the 6th floor. It was immaculate, as was the en-suite bathroom. We have stayed at this hotel several times before, and will definitely be doing so again!

I stayed there for business reasons. The hotel is well located in a quiet area. The bathroom was huge with a big bath. The breakfast was good with good quality and fresh products which becomes rare in Paris. I recommend this hotel.

Super nice property, clean, renovated, in a very quiet area. The walls are thin, but this seems to be a problem in old buildings in general. Metro is 5 minutes away and a there is a bike share station right next to the hotel. We had a very nice stay and I would go back anytime. Great for the price.

An excellent hotel in its category. Rooms are very clean (the bathroom was immaculate), the staff is friendly and the hotel provides free internet access. The hotel is very quiet being located in a dead end residential area. Highly recommended.

I Stayed at the standard double bedroom with my girlfriend, extremely nice and competent reception personel, helped me with every issue i had fast and reliably, printed tickets we bought online for us (although this was not easy! but in the end we succeeded). Only point of critique that is valid would be the Hotel Wi-Fi, which admittedly is free, but the reception, at least in my room, was sketchy at best, and unusable at worst. One could get the jobs done one had to do online, but nothing more. But, as I said, its free, so complaining might not be the nicest thing to do anyway. Everything else, we absolutely loved! Really great stay!

Very good value for money. Tres bon rapport qualite prix. The nearby tube station Alesia is on line 4 which is very handy. This line takes you almost everywhere in Paris. The only person who was a bit "dry" was one of the managers, surprisingly enough. The quietness of the place is fantastic. I'll go back.

Good hotel, pleasant rooms, competent and friendly staff, but disappointing breakfast and poor sound insulation between rooms... just hope the people in the neighbouring rooms don't snore!

The breakfast is nice, but overprized. The location of the hotel is very quiet, but the noise from other rooms can be bothersome.

Great hotel.Good access to metro and all sights. Some nice restaraunts nearby and also some good local shops across the road for buying food/drink. Also lovely bakeries so did not need to have breakfast in the hotel. Great price and large bedrooms for what you are paying. TV is all in french but did not need it.

Very, very good location. Nice rooms and hotel surroundings. At just 5 min. walking from Alésia Metro Station. On the street opposite the hotel there is a Champion store where you can buy milk, biscuits, etc for your breakfast. The rooms and the toilets are new and clean.

Competent, comfortable with some nice human touches. The map on the website could be improved - I had to use multimap to get the precise position as I couldn't do it from the one provided. Location suited me well. Quiet. Breakfast fine...

The Chatillon is ok, quiet side street, pleasant reception. My in-laws were on the third floor and thought it was good. Unfortunately we were on the top floor where the rooms are cramped and also VERY noisy (thin walls). The bathroom / toilet had a half length bath jammed into a space barely big enough for a shower. There is a shower attachment on the taps but no holder for it, so it is knees up to your chin if you want a bath or one handed if you want a shower. The most unpleasant surprise was there is no door on the bathroom, just a plastic curtain! Do not eat breakfast at the hotel, very expensive for a quarter piece of baguette, two miniature croissant and coffee. There is a fab cafe that does a huge breakfast for 1 euro less by the Aleisia Metro. Over all - disappointing.

Hotel "familial" comme on aimerait en voir plus: Trés propre, décoration et équipements un peu désuets mais de qualité, calme, service attentionné. A recommander sans hésiter.

We loved this small hotel. We arrived exhausted from the trip, and were able to get into our room early. We had two rooms for our family, and we were all, down to the 5 year old, delighted with everything, especially the breakfast.
