This well located Paris 2 Star Hotel is excellent value for money. A micro fridge for personal dairy items and wine and, a safe in each room would be an advantage, to value add this very well appointed and managed Two Star Hotel. Management and Staff could not be more helpful. Would happily stay there again when in Paris.

Lovely hotel. Easy to get to and close to the underground. The only thing that affected my stay were the renovations to the lobby but otherwise a perfect stay. Staff are helpful and friendly. A peaceful setting and quite close to the Champs Elysees. It would be nice if they perhaps had one computer for guests to access the internet on a pay per hour basis.

Close to the metro, but it's better to indicate "No.3 EXIT". Staff were basically friendly and kind. When I close the room door, Wi-Fi was disconnected. I asked the staff, but he just said "It's working". So, I used Wi-Fi at lobby all the time. The closet was too small. Other guest's bathroom noise was annoying.

The room, if even if smallish, was very well kept and quite. The people working there were very welcoming and helpful. I have gone there for Easter, so I stayed at the hotel just to rest, and luckily, even if the location was near the Champs Elysees (10 minutes walking!), the area was very quite and not busy at all. The bathroom was a little bit small, but just to have showers it was ok. I will definitely return to the "Champerret Heliopolis", in case I go back to Paris, and I definitely recommend it.

Metro & bus stations are right there. There is planty of restorants near by. When in Paris, I'll will be staing in this hotel.

Very charming small hotel, excellent staff. Room just big enough for the two twin beds and room to walk around them. Didn't hear any street noise, yet very close to metro and shops. 10 minute metro ride to the arc de triomphe.

Booked single. Not available on arrival so I got an upgrade to triple. Should I complain??? Less than 5 mins. from Porte Maillot bus park. So if you're travelling Ryanair this is the place for you. It's closer than the map would indicate. It's on the right after Mc. Donalds. Metro access close to Mc. D's. Some good restaurants nearby and if you're not hungry there's always Mc. D's. Metro goes straight across(under) city to Pere Lachaise. Enjoy!

Very nice hotel. Kind of distant from the main tourist attractions but right beside a subway station. THe room was kind of small, but the place is very cousy and well kept. The competence and hospitality of the staff is great. The basic breakfast served at the hotel is kind of expensive if compared to other european cities, but a little cheaper for parisian standarts so it is well worth it.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for six nights in May. We liked the fact that the hotel is not in the middle of a touristy area (but is only a 20-min walk to the Arc de Triomphe), yet is very convenient to the Metro and the bus. The hotel fronts on a side road with little traffic, so that it is amazingly quiet at night. The 10-euro breakfast is a good value. The rooms are spacious for a two-star hotel and the bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a very convenient and quiet/safe area with easy acces to subway station (100m walk)and bus station. The guys from the reception desk are very friendly, polite and helped me with a lot of information every time when I asked them for this. Near hotel there are places where you can eat/drink something (also Mc Donald`s for fast-food fans). This hotel is better (regarding cleanliness, welcoming) than other hotels of 3star in Paris. I will stay here again during my next travel to Paris.

We had a terrific stay overall. Got a triple room to give us more space, which was nice. Our room opened into the little courtyard, which was great for getting fresh air but bad for noise in the courtyard a few times. Also, I was never confident that the windows locked leading to the little balcony, though we kept them open a bit at night for ventilation. The service was friendly, rooms immaculate, and location near the train and buses made getting around easy. We enjoyed breakfast from the little boulangerie near the train entrance (just around the corner from the hotel). All in all, an excellent stay.

First of all the map and the the directions are not good. The hotel is more conveniently reached if you go straight to Porte de Champerret and walk back. This is a very nice all-non-smoking little hotel though a little too far from train stations. So I like it a lot. I only hope the price is less than E50 a night, or that breakfast buffet is included so that I can stay much longer. I have stayed at a similar hotel near Montparnasse at around the same price with breakfast. Another drawback. It's not the hotel's fault but I still hope they recheck their business network. I asked the hotel to call a taxi to come pick me up and it was not punctual. The one that finally came tried to drive so slowly that it hit almost all the red lights along the way though the traffic was light early on a Sunday morning. I understand they needed to make money but I had to catch the train on time. I hope the hotel changes the taxi company they use.

We woken up at 1am by front desk staff to complain about us making noise. Given my partner and I had been asleep for an hour it was difficult to understand how we made any noise Kind of ruined the stay, as we stayed awake for the next hour trying to work out where a source of noise could even come from, apart from traffic outside..

This hotel was quite nice, however we had problems confirming our reservation. There was also a problem when we checked out, the price as quoted included breakfast however on checking out we were billed extra for breakfast, also we requested breakfast at 10am and each morning were woken at 8am. The hotel staff were friendly. Its location was the best part.

This hotel provided a friendly helpful service which provided us with a clean friendly service. I would recommend this to friends as a good site-seeing base to see Paris from. The hotel is situated close to Port de Champerret metro station which we found extremely convenient. We were brought breakfast in our room every day this may have been due to the lack of eating facilities downstairs. This we enjoyed and did not upset our holiday. We really enjoyed our stay here!! Thanks
