Hotel Castille Paris - Paris

This was most a most disappointing experience. I could not in good conscience recommend anyone staying at the Castille Hotel.

Location great, room spacious, very clean and and well appointed,bathroom excellent. Service at restaurant and bar expensive and a bit slow. Reception employees and concierge courteous and helpful. We would return and recommend this hotel

The hotel and staff were quite delightful and very welcoming.

Cleanliness issue was only that we had ants in the room 2 days. They took care of it though. We booked a triple room because we wanted space and got upgraded to a double room deluxe - would have been interesting to see how much space the triple had as it seemed like an odd upgrade. We loved the hotel though and would be thrilled to stay there again.

I took my 2 nieces to Paris (one for the 1st time) and the Hotel Castille was the perfect place to stay - very French, great location, the pictures look exactly like the facility, and the staff was wonderful! I was nervous booking international on line but Venere.com had the best prices and availability of rooms. We had a 2 story room with a king bed upstairs and very comfortable pull-out couch downstairs and all amenities were great! And right next to Coco Chanel's atelier - marvelous!

This was an overpriced hotel. I have stayed at much nicer hotels in Paris for much less. There was not much to report about this hotel that was good, except the location. Not worth the 360 euros per night (and that was the cheapest room).

The concierge was absolutely incredible. From dinner reservations to airline tickets to our next destination, they did absolutely everything possible for us. I was overhwelmed by their tremendous service.

Good location, welcoming lobby and very friendly staff.

If unlucky (like me) your room will be on second floor which is the un-renovated floors. The Carpets smells in the room and the hall. AC sometimes makes a weird noise. Toilet feels like a public toilet. I asked for another room but of course they are fully booked onsidering I have booked 2 months in advance, I should have received the renovated floors).The breakfast room was understaffed, so there were long lines every morning at around 9 AM. The House Keeping is not that great (they forget to clean my room one day)

ALL FANTASTIC, PROBABLY BECAUSE I RESERVED THE SUITE, THE HOTEL IS IN A FANTASTIC POSITION.

We had two rooms and were completely disapointed at the poor decor and cleanliness of both rooms. Even worse was the fact that we requested "non smoking" rooms but the rooms we were given were in fact "smoking" and had the terrible smell of a smoking lounge. After complaining, all we got was a maid to open up windows and spray the room with deodorizer which made the smell worse. We will never stay in this property again.

Breakfast was suppose to be included It was not included, for that reason only I am not sure we would go back.

This is the neat place with excellent services, great location, we will recommend this hotel and the webside to everybody, thank you very much.

By Paris standards (i.e. small rooms) this hotel was good price, beautiful rooms, amazing staff...so good I booked to back for the week I get married in France. The even offered to upgrade my room etc foc...Also v close to the Ritz for afternoon tea!

Hotel Castille is definitely a four star hotel. It is perfect for tourists like us who like helpful staff, breakfast on the grounds, and comfortable, clean rooms. Beautiful fabrics, marble counter/tile floor in immaculate bathrooms. Our early arrival was easily accommodated. When checking out and charged for breakfast Venere said was included, manager Vanessa just took the extra charge off our bill with no problem. Lovely stay, wonderful location, great hotel. Highly recommend!

What a lovely hotel. The location was excellant. The rooms were small but wonderful!
