Hotel Boileau - Paris

Its a good place to stay in Paris if your are on a budget. One of the double bed room we got was way too small and old. With a foul smell too. The other triple bed was better. Metro connectivity was good and you have necessary services nearby the hotel. The hotel doesn't have any lifts and if you have a room in 3rd floor (our case), you better be young and fit. Not recommended for older people.

We would recommend this hotel for several reasons : it's clean, comfortable, quiet, the staff is welcoming and it's next to an underground station (very handy). if we go back to paris we consider going back to this hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at this charming hotel. The people were very helpful and friendly, the room was quiet and quite large from what I read about Paris hotels. The shower was great, the bed comfortable and I felt very safe being in the area alone. The Metro and RER were both close, and it was easy to get around. There was a grocery store close by and some wonderful places to eat or bring food back to the room. This was a wonderful place to stay my first time in Paris!

We all enjoyed our stay at the hotel boileau,We were a party of 9 ,ages ranging from age 72 down to age 12. Fantastic small friendly hotel.Clean rooms great safe quiet location, near metro stop only around the corner.lovely breakfast,friendly staff we couldn't ask for more.

The room has to be refurnished;new bathroom,but the paints of the windows are very old;in the room,very nice tv,but the wallpaper is very old and ko;very funny breakfast with a very nice and happy servant!

Simple but confortable hotel located in the 16th district in a quiet area from Paris. Rooms are small but renovated not a long time ago. Nice big and clean bathroom. Breakfast is not included but at a cost of 9 Euros the hotel serve you coffee, tee, croisants, bread and mermelades. The main attractions are not at walking distance but only one block from the hotel you will find the metro, which will bring you all over where you can go in Paris. Great public tranportation. I would go back to this hotel.

The staff was delightful and very attentive. The front desk was very helpful. The area is a little removed from the "center" of Paris but the subway is very convenient and fast. It also gave me a feel about a real parisian residential neighborhood. It is near the Bois de Bologne for nice strolls or a run in the park early in the morning. The only complaint I have is that the mattress was a little old and lumpy. Otherwise is good value and the staff has a sunny disposition.

It was the first time we spent in Boileau. Everything was lovely (welcoming, nice staff, rooms) and I hope we will have the chance to spend nights in it. Our room was a little bit dark but we spent all the days in Paris and just slept in the room so it was for us not unconvinient.

I have stayed in other similar hotels in the general area and it was competitive for the accommodation offered. One deficiency in the advertised material is that it was not obvious whether breakfast was included in the room rate (it was not).
