Bonsoir, Je suis un client, je suis en Côte d'Ivoire, j'avais passée une commande le 14 mars 2005 pour une nuit dont le séjour étais du 20 au 21 Mars alors compte tenu d'un problème de travail pour un seminaire dans pays j'ai appellé l'hôtel pour que ma reservation soit annulé. Le service de client m'as dit que ma reservation serait annulé après vérification de ma reservation la dame que j'ai eu au phone m'a confirmé que mon nom figurait parmi les reservations de la semaine. J'ai même annulé ma reservation le votre site avant d'appeller l'hôtel. Après mille reseignement j'ai encore appellé et j'ai eu un monsieur au phone qui m'as dit que ma reservation a été annulée. Une semaine après j'ai reçu une message me disant que la date de ma reservation est passée donc ma reservation est annulée, alors dès ce message, j'ai sû que ma reservation n'avait pas été annulée comme je l'ai souhaité et mon compte a été débité. Alors c'est ce que je n'ai pas apprécier. Sinon je comptais faire une autre reservation où nous serons au nombres de 6 personnes et on aura besoin de chambre double. Donc je voudrais que vous vous pencher sur mon problème et voir dans quelle mesure nous pouvons evoluer. Mon nom est Jean François Lavoisier. Je suis en Côte d'Ivoire. Merci

The hotel was very good but let down by our room not being cleaned on the first morning. There was also chaos in the breakfast room which was very small & tables weren't cleared or food replenished for the arrival of later guests. Also the shower in my parents room wasn't fixed correctly & flooded the bathroom. The reception staff were very helpful in dealing with these problems.The location was very good for what we wanted to do.

Room standards were excellent. The only fault was the size of the room and no drawers. The lift was no bigger than a small cupboard - not to be used if you are claustrophobic! I would consider using this hotel again though, as the location was great.

The room allocated was totally different in layout and style to the rooms shown on your web pages. We were allocated an attic room in the roof which whilst clean was extremely cramped with only just enough room to walk around the bed. The door opened onto the end of the bed and there was no room to walk around. The hotel reception showed no resemblance to the picture shown on the web page and I would say that the pictures resembled a totally different hotel. Having showed the details of the hotel as download from the web pages to the staff on reception they were as puzzled as we were and agreed that it did not look the same. As the trip was organised as part business and part pleasure for my wife's birthday we were extremely dissappointed that our stay was not of the standard that we had hoped and rather spoilt our stay in Paris.

After arriving we were very pleased with the standard/price. Great to have tea facilities, wine glasses, fridge, and English newspaper available. Service was inconsistent with refills, but linen spotlessly white. On the second day I just happened to read the small print notice on the back of the door and realised that probably tax and breakfast were not included. Checked at the Reception and found our Total Price quoted did not include a daily tax(minimal) or breakfasts which were expensive for what you got. They seemed to run out of things continually. We used the very handy-supermarket for the remaining days, and reminded ourselves to always check if it states taxes and breakfasts included.
