Hotel charmant, ça nous change des grands groupes dont les établissements impersonnels se ressemblent tous. Le service est bien sans plus, limité au strict minimum. Par contre le prix du petit déjeuner est surfait, voire, pour 18 euros c'est quasi du racket. Croissants mou-mous, pain dur. Malgré le prix aucune touche sympa ou personnelle. A 10:15 le dimanche il n'y avait presque plus rien à manger... Notre Europe si forte pour pondre des règlements inutiles et inconnu se penchera-t-elle un jour sur ces abus flagrants? Je reviendrai sans doute dans cet hotel mais j'irai déjeuner chez Fouquet's à 5 minutes à pieds...

Large room, central location. AC out and could not be fixed but replaced with portable unit. Staff very helpful.

Both rooms were stayed in were spacious and comfortable, for Paris even luxorious. The only problem was almost non-existent sound insulation, we could easily hear the TV from the next door. A hotel of this standard should have better walls. The internet information is misleading as to the shuttle it promices. There is no shuttle, only an ordinary taxi (at an extraordinary price) the hotel is prepared to arrange at request. The price of the hotel breakfast is unreasonble regarding the quality. After the first morning we had our breakfasts in a near by cafe.

CONFIRM THE ROOM BEFORE 18.00H!!!! 175 Eur/per single room and they sell it to another one because I arrived at 22.00h. At least, they call to another hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located - just a short walk from the Triumphal Arch. The relationship between the price and quality is perfect. Rooms are not very spacious, but clean and unexpectedly quiet - in the very heart of Paris. The only thing that dissapointed was rather poor breakfast, so we gave it up and had morning coffee outside. In general, I would recommend my friends to stay in this hotel.

Location is excellent, 2 blocks from Champs Elysees and 5 from the Arc of Triumph. Very spacious room, much bigger than standard room for Paris and Europe. Bathroom is very big with shower and bath. WC is in a separate room. Service is very poor. We didn't feel welcomed when arrived. We were not even offered help with our luggage. The person at the front desk remained indifferent when we were going into the lobby with our 5 pieces of luggage. We asked for an extra blanket on our first night and we were told we would have to wait until the next day as the service was closed (we asked around 9 pm and that night temperature was 26 F / -3 C). The guy didn't even made an effort to try get it or at least offered an apology. That talks very poor of the service and does not merit to be called a 4 star hotel. Service in general is poor but if you know your way around Paris then the hotel is a good choice as the room is confortable and roomy. If you are looking for service then look for another hotel.

Lovely spacious room with very roomy bathroom and separate toilet. Loved the fact that you could open the french windows and get fresh air. Staff very helpful and patient with non-French speakers.

I found the hotel and the service excellent my only complaint is not to the hotel but your agency. Before booking through the agency i went direct to atala who quoted 230euros a night including breakfast,i only came through you for a secure site to give credit card details.So i was quite surprised at the price charged by yourselves i will never use you again and will always go direct to the hotels.
