We were 2 adults and a boy. The room could hardly host 2 people. The position of hotel was pretty good, but the area was plenty of hotels for sure much better. We will never come back to Ascot Opera

The rooms are much smaller than they appeared on the internet. But overall the employees were attentive and courteous to any questions i had. One drawback is that the hotel is next to a theatere and everything can be heard, altough it lasts for about 2-3 hours and it's over. Proximity to cultural sights is not bad, about 15-20 minutes depending on where you go.

I had for EUR 90.- as a single person a room so small like a cleaning room !!! For the next night they offered me a bigger one and when I was checking out I had to pay an additional EUR 20.- ( also EUR 110.- ) for the second night --- they didn't tell before to do so . NEVER again !!!!

Quaint hotel in a great location. Walking distance to many Paris attractions. Staff very friendly & helpful. I would definately stay at Hotel Ascot Opera again.

I reserved for 3 nights but I stayed only one!!!!! It's a pity to pay 111 euros for a room like that!!! I was so disappointed.... I can't write about the size of other rooms but don't accept the one which is on the first floor (I don't remember the number sorry) , it's a big cupbord!!!!!

Hotel staff were really kind and helpful. I was with stocks because of fructure but they were so nice and helped me. Hotel surroundings are also very nice and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of Paris. I will come back to this hotel even if the room was a bit too small. Well, I am small, too.

Rooms´ furniture is old but works perfectly, and the bathroom did not have open ventilation thus after using, the door had to be closed... The breakfast is not included in the room tarif and could be better for 10 euros paid. Front desk personnel is very nice and multiligual, very good service from them.

Las habitaciones son enanas con camas de 0,80. la calle es tranquila salvo la parte que da al teatro que puede resultar muy ruidosa. Carece de buen mantenimiento y el precio es caro. la próxima vez me buscaré otro hotel en Paris.

L'hotel est idéalement situé à roximité d'une station de métro, il jouxte le théâtre des bouffes parisiens et est à quelques min de la bourse, du Louvre et de l'opéra Garnier. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant. Les chambres sont absolument charmantes, confortables avec une salle de bain spacieuse pour un hôtel parisien. On se sent un peu "chez soi" et non dans une chaine d'hotel standard trois étoiles. Je cherchais depuis près de 2 ans un hotel à Paris où je pourrais me sentir à l'aise, je l'ai trouvé, ma recherche a enfin abouti!

Parisian chic stops at the door. LOBBY: hodge-podge of fake flowers, 70s furniture--light fixture in corner had 4 melted, discolored shades, cheesy prisms on black wire--I mean, PITCH IT! ROOM: size adequate, but poorly furnished. Tiny table between beds when there was enough room for a larger drawer unit. wasted more surface with TV on top of bar fridge, instead of wall mounted. PLUSES: Bed was comfortable, and mellow AC (needed AC to counteract overheating). Price OK. Breakfast pretty good. Area was fun, but the Metro was not handy--transfer to go anywhere but Opera. Would be good value with very, very small mgmt effort/expense.

Excellent hotel although the rooms are small but this is normal in Paris unless you pay a small fortune! I'm usually looking for somewhere clean, safe, and quiet to leave my bags in and to sleep - this hotel offers all this plus an excellent location, helpful staff, clean, comfotable rooms and a great ambience. Highly reccomended! ps - watch out for the lift....very violent take-off and landing!

The room was tiny -- some people have bigger walk-in closets. But it was charming, clean, and had good sheets on the single bed that tilted to the right. Only a small person could shower in that tiny shower.

While we had been warned that Paris hotel rooms are tiny, nothing prepared us for this experience. We could not move around our room unless the suitcases were completely stowed, and the bathroom door completely open, or completely closed. After comparing a number of hotels with Venere.com, we chose this one based on the photos and the price. The photos must have been taken with a wide angle lens! In addition, I later discovered that the Hotel's website indicated a rack rate 10 percent less than the price quoted to us on Venere. The lower price was also posted in the lobby and in our room. While I asked for the reduction, it was refused, with the explanation that October is a busy month in Paris! All that said, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the decor was fine, and although the common areas smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, our room was fresh.

Hotel is very well located yet on a quiet street. staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. Only drawback was small size of the room, though the bathroom was reasonably roomy. We would stay there again.

I was very satisfied with the hotel. Its location was excellent and the staff were very discreet and competent.

The rooms were small (compared to America) but adequate. The only problem we had was that water leaked under the shower door and onto the floor. It would have been nice to get an early breakfast since we did tours 3 of the days of our stay and had to be out of the door (6:45am) before it was served.

Very happy with accommodation overall for the purposes of our visit. The only disappointment was that it was not accurately reflected by the photographs on the website, which gave the impression that the rooms were far more grand than they really were!

Is an excellent service in an excellent and well located hotel with very special rates. I really recomend it.
