Nice hotel for a short time. The receptionist was very friendly and helpfull. If you don't like foreners choose another place because the neighberhood is international but no problem even if my daughters are pretty and blond. Nice place. METRO very near. Good food and cheap in the main street.

We stayed the tere for Christmas, it was really nice. The staff was helpful and tried to satisfied all our needs. The room was actually small, but we didn't have a lot of things, so it wasn't a problem. It was clean and nice. There is no fridge. We took sauna (10E per room) and it was great to relax. The only problem was surrounding, the 20th district is awful, extremly dirty and not safety. But the hotel itself was really nice.

We liked a lot to stay in the hotel...it was really nice and even if it was not near the centre, it was really close to the subway. The rooms were really confortable and the staff very nice.

Excellent hotel for the money, clean room and en suite bathroom, comfortable bed, extremely friendly and very helpful staff, close to the metro, excellent free wifi, good breakfast. Perfect spot to put your head down for a weekend break. Some good value restaurants close by.

I liked this hotel for its friendly staff who went out of their way to help. Close to the metro with quick links to all the places. Free wireless internet. The room was ok for one and very clean. A smart hotel at a good price.

The room was very clean and had a safe, and the Wi-Fi worked well and was free. The area around the hotel was interesting and the people were friendly. Very good value for money. Practical for getting to Disneyland by metro.

We thought this was a good hotel. Not the Ritz but for the price paid it had really good services. I particularly liked the free internet cafe and there was complimentary tea and coffee. The room was not very big but it was modern with a flat screen TV and duvet bedding. The location was ok with the metro nearby.

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, pero la calidad y el precio están más que bien. La Wifi es gratis y es de buena calidad. El hotel cumple con todo lo que se necesita si vas a Paris a caminar y querés un lugar para dormir cómodo y simpático.

Very affordable hotel for Paris. However there was mismatch between price paid (as done in your web site) and notice in the room.

First, communication with reception personnel not friendly. Not always would they know basic English or Spanish. They registered me with my 2nd surname instead of my first and simply said I was not registered there to a friend who called from Sweden. This was corrected on the following day. Price for the breakfast was 7Euros but they charge 8, therefore the web page info should be updated. There was an incident one night, two young guys playing ball against the wall of the room (room 11), even though I had to come out of the room to see if this was going to stop, the receptionist did say in the morning, the hotel was not responsible for what happen in the surroundings. I felt like if I was wrong even for bring up the claim. Breakfast was great and the lady attending to it was very good. Since many persons from around the world meet at the Armstrong, personnel should be most cordial and friendly. Thank you, Flora E. Sanchez

Elevator not working We rented 4 rooms. One of the room had a bad smell. Hotel not able to do something about it. Paid 40 euro to the hotel in garantee money for tickets to Lido show, but still had to pay full charge at Lido. Hotel not able to give the money back again.

It’s not in a touristy area, but perfectly safe, I didn’t have any problems, felt much safer there than I did at the Eiffel tower with pickpockets everywhere. You can get internet for 5 euro a day, and there’s 4 or 5 computers so there’s always one free...you don’t need to queue like in some hostels. Rooms are comfortable, great facilities and staff!

"That's right, because its not included". untrust staff... pay in advence is normal, but response is "we used to have problem with that,so could u" .. that is commen sience,u don't have to explain..

On the time I was there, the rooms were painted so the smell was terrible, even I got sick. The hallways looked bad. They didn't change towels. The surroundings not so wellcoming.Yes.. there are many places arround for eating but also you have the sense not to be secure around there. If you are traveling with more than two people I guess is ok.I saw when they were taking pictures of the hotel, only the nice sites of the hotel... even they replaced the receptionist for a pretty girl.

Le camere rispetto alle foto sono meno confortevoli. Andrebbero sicuramente rinnovate, ma la pulizia e la cortesia del personale (si sforzavano di parlare in italiano!!!) hanno compensato. Da consigliare per la vicinanza alla metro.

Plus Points Polite, helpful and competent employees - each person who was at the frontdesk had helped us during the stay; High on integrity - I forgot my laptop at the lobby, when I realised after 4 hours and went back, the front desk had taken care of the same. Closeness to the metro stations; Basic amneties available in room & bathroom; Could have been Better Price could have been lower Yes - it was my first time in Armstrong

Nice, economical hotel, so-so location. Internet cost 5 euros/ 24 hours, sauna 10 euros per use (reaches temps of 170 degrees fahrenheit (80 celcius)... the hottest I've been in in the US was 130 degrees fahrenheit... so be aware. neighborhood was not the best for the average US traveler, but the metro was very close of course. Nice staff, worth the money vs. a similairly priced Kyriad Brancion hotel.

It is a normal hotel in a very busy surrounding. in the 3 nights of our stay we saw the daily patron in the life of the Parisiens. very interesting! the hotel has good beds, and is quit clean. but every morning the garbage cars are very loud. we did not try breakfast. it is very near to the metro and within 40 minutes we saw the Arc. it is good quality for the money.

Staff speaks excellent English. Comfy bed, very clean bathroom, and has decent internet access. Can smell smoke in lobby. Hotel is not yellow as photo indicates. Walls were very, very thin. Paid less than 50E and is worth it for the room. Barely makes up for the 2 train/Metro transfer to downtown Paris. That was an incovenience (30min one way).

This hotel was one of the more organized I have stayed in. They have breakfast, a bar and internet access. However the area it is in is terrible. It is right on the border of the city and is not in a very good neighborhood. This made it inconvient to see most of Paris because the metro ride was so long to get most places. It was hard to go out at night because the metros close and you get stuck very far from your hotel. Besides the area, the hotel was pretty good. They can book tours and shuttles for you. And they have a good breakfast buffet (7 EUR) and bar. Overall, I would not stay in this hotel again because of the area.

Our stay at the Armstrong Hotel (with a 6 year old daughter) was overall good. The hotel was centrally located and the multi-lingual staff were very helpful and attentive. We only had two major problems during our stay (which by the way we extended thru 21st Oct.)and that were being the guest's noises along the hallway bothered us as well as the "very timely" but hurried way the breakfast lady would put away everything at the strike of 10AM even though there are still guests in the breakfast room (who came well before 10AM!) and not having quite completed their coffee and/or croissants! Other than these, the hotel was good price for quality.

If you are a tourist on a budget, this is a hotel to seriously consider. You will find the staff both willing and able to offer competent advice and directions in good English. Very good quality for a two star hotel. Easy to get to off the Boulivard Peripherique by car, and near the Metro for access to central Paris and Disneyland. One issue we felt that the surrounding area looked quite rough with lots of public housing although we did not feel at risk. Suffers (like all of France) from the problem that everyone seems to want to smoke everywhere (including the elevator and public areas). Yeugh!! Give it a try.

I only stayed in this hotel for one night. It was a cheap price, but i thought everything was in order at the hotel, very clean, nice/friendly staff. I thought it was luxury actually because for the previous two nights i had stayed in a 1 star hotel with a toilet and shower per floor, the armstrong had onsuite and a bar!! the only complaint i have is that the noise in the morning, you could clearly hear any noise or conversation near the door. but still, i had a good nights sleep. overall very good, will be going there again.

Photos gave a slightly classier view than reality. Room was small, there were three of us, we booked a triple room which had a double bed and a small single as I was travelling with 2 teenage nephews, I slept in the single bed and it was really a child's bed. The room was very warm and no air-condtioning so we had to leave windows wide open but hotel in in a very noisy area so not much sleep.

Bonjour! We enjoyed our stay in Paris at the Hotel Armstrong. We had a nice double room and service was excellent and location was very convenient both for seeing Paris and for visiting Disney World. Especially the fact that the hotel has its own parking facility is very nice. The staff was very helpful and gave us many good advises and directions. Yes, we will return to Hotel Armstrong again and use your service.

Safe parking, attentive staff, very close to metro station, acceptable room at acceptable rate. Unfortunately we ended up in a smoking room with very poor air quality. Apart from that we had an enjoyable stay and would stay at the Armstrong again.

The room was tiny and the decor was not well maintained. However, the staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful, and the location near the péripherique and the metro was good. It was just what we were looking for in terms of location and price.
