Spacious room, convenient area, a few steps off Eiffel Tower and metro station Dupleix, could improve the maintenance of room (light bulbs missing) and ordinary breakfast. Friendly and professional staff at reception. Overall impression : good. To be recommended.

For basic requirements the place sufficed but we were 3 (one child) and felt cramped despite the three beds. The rooms were VERY close together. It was well-placed for transport and tourism.Breakfast assez copieux(filling) with good tea but coffee certainly not for connoisseurs...I still like Paris though

The hotel quality/cost ratio is very good indeed considering that, regarding hotels, Paris often is a nightmare. Also to be noticed, regarding bills and extras, the hotel managers a honest people.

Paris is an expensive city so we probably expected a little more. Friendly staff and very helpful. Adequate rooms. Close to Eiffel Tower but I would stay closer to Champs-Eylsees next time to avoid catching so many cabs... if i could afford it.

Great little hotel and close to the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very good, and helped us out with directions, good restaurants, etc. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean. I have no complaints and would stay at the Arley again.

We stayed at the Arley Tour hotel for a family vacation for 7 nights. We chose the hotel based on location, price and past reviews and were not surprised or disappointed. Although, the property was quite old (elevator very iffy)and the rooms quite small - the bathroom shower was nice, beds were comfortable the room clean and the service adequate. Would recommend to others although not to the elderly. If the elevator is out, you must walk the stairs which could be troublesome to older folks. Decent property for the price.

Very well located. Safe neighborhood, metro station two blocks away. Eiffel Tower at walking distance. A nice bakery on the other side of the street and a small convenient store about half block away. Lots of little caffe´s near by. Very clean, good beds and pillows. It is not cheap, but hey nothing is cheap in Paris. For its location and cleanliness it is a good deal.

The staff was ok and bit rude some times. They had coffee machine and when I used it they are like "you should ask me before using it" . Hotel is very expensive for location and the tiny size. A/C doesnt seem to work. Bathroom is too small to beleive. Shower doesnt fit a normal human.

This was our first time at Hotel Arley and booking on the computer I wondered if it would be as advertised. It was and a great location! If we come to Paris again, this willl be our Hotel. Great breakfast and we could have as many cups of coffee that we wanted. That doesn't happend too often in Europe.

I stayed 4 nights here while attending a travel fair in the Parc des Expositions at Porte de Versailles. The hotel is well located, about 100 meters from the Dupleix metro. Nearby there are plenty of restaurants, small take-out places, small grocers, a laundrymat. I saw the cleaning lady on one occasion and two male front desk personnel. The portly one was a bit distant but always polite and proper. The younger, taller one was less friendly. I did not have a view of the Eiffel Tower from my room but from the street I saw the play of lights coming back to the hotel one night. My room was not too small, it had a double bed and it was comfortable enough. Last year, we stayed at a Holiday Inn in the Opera area and paid 4 times more for roughly the same size room. The breakfast was nothing to rave about but adequate. I wanted to try the patisserie across the street but it was closed on weekends. The one sour thing about this trip was the taxi they got for me. As I had a lot of luggage, I decided to take a taxi to the Porte Maillot airport bus stop. I noticed too late that the meter was already running when I got in (at 13 Euros) and I was made to pay 24 Euros for what should have been only a 12-15 Euro ride. This taxi was arranged from the hotel desk. Oh, the Sunday market under the Dupleix station was wonderful! Wish I had the time to spend there.

We had a very heartly welcome and a beautiful view at the Eiffel Tower from our room (only one metro station ahead)! The nearby metro stations allowed us to access easily our preferred destinations. We do not know about the other rooms, but the beds in our room were really good to sleep in. The bathroom needs to be redone and was really small. As for the cupboard, a bit more space, too, would have been appreciated. Overall,we enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again for another stay in Paris.

Excellent hotel with striking decor; it suited us perfectly - but we may not be your average tourist. Comfy bed, loads of hot water, multi-channel tv - all that was missing was the bath. We did not eat in the hotel - but it is in Paris!

I would definitely recommend this hotel, good price and a great location. There are plenty of cafes and shops nearby and it is very close to the metro. The room was a bit small but it had a view of the Eiffel Tower! If anything I would say the elevator is a bit awkward but thats it. I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again soon!

This hotel is a very good value. The claims about Eiffel Tower views are a bit of a stretch. However, if you walk about a hundred feet down the street you can see the tower in all its glory. Nothing fancy, but you're in Paris so you shouldn't spend a lot of time in the hotel! The family suite, with two adjoining rooms was perfect for travelers with small children. The front desk staff were very accomodating, allowing us to use the breakfast facilities to heat up some soup for lunch etc.

This was by far the nicest hotel of our entire vacation. We had a quad room, which is their "Family Suite". It consisted of two bedrooms interconnected with two bathrooms and all for 180 Euro's. Staff were excellent and very helpful, organizing a evening meal cruise on the Seine. Very honest. A small restaurant down the street was awesome, great food, reasonable price and very freindly manager. Eiffel Tower was a short walk away, and the hotel desk told us about a Saturday market under the train tracks at the end of the street that was amazing. A true local market. Great buys, and wonderful experience for the kids. We would definately highly recommend this hotel for a family.

The rooms were small, so were the bathrooms, the latter ones in quite a poor maintenance state (they were clean but needed some renewal). The surroundings are awfully urban, but the location is quite convenient: close to the Dupleix metro station and within a walking distance of the Eiffel tower and Champ de Mars.

Excellent view of the Eiffel Tour, no hotel has a better view then this one! Area surrounding hotel was quite and there was not much to do without traveling a while. For price was what I expected made a little better by the extreme view out of the window. One last thing the outdoor market held by the near by metro on Sunday's and Wednesday's was the best I have ever seen. You can lose a half a day walking aroung and dealing with these people, great!!!

This hotel is well located near the Tour Eiffel and very close to a Metro station, so getting in and out is easy. The hotel is modest and rooms are small, but in a very expensive city like Paris is a good choice to stay and manage costs. The neighboorhood is safe, which is also important when arriving late. Rooms are clean with air conditioning, the batrooms have showers, and service is corteous. I stayed in a family suite, which is made of to nearby interconnected double rooms (in fact one double and one triple), so this was convenient for a family of 5. Breakfast is included.

My daughter and stayed at the Arley for four nights, we had a room with a view of the Eiffel tower, and were charged the expected rate. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke basic English. Most days we had quick breakfast at the Boulanger across from the hotel (closed Saturdays and Sundays) before heading to the convenient metro stop only a five minute walk away. The neighborhood was safe, had a late night convenience store, but otherwise was basic. A street market is near the metro station on Wednesdays and Sundays. The room was clean, had a fridge, a fan but no air-conditioning. The windows opened to provide a cool breeze at night and the area was quiet. Overall this was a good central place to be.

This wonderful little hotel is located within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. It is very close to the Metro, resturants and sights. Lots of nice little Bistros in this neighborhood. Pastry shop/Bakery directly across the street. One block away is a great open air market every Sunday and Wednesday selling food, fruit, flowers and some misc. goods like kitchen items and clothing. The hotel staff was extreamly friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast served every morning. Nice rooms, ours had a great view of the Eiffel Tower. Each night we got a great view of the Eiffel Tower light show directly from our window. I would stay here again.

The hotel was within a good 5 mins walk from Champ De Mars underground and 10 mins from Eiffel Tower so all in all a good location . The Street was a bit tatty, some development due to be completed which will improve location. Hotel itself good. Eating places again within 10 minutes walk, not the cheapest and not the variety one would have expected.

The view was exactly as advertized and worth the few extra Euros. We would definitely stay at Arley again. The triple was big enough (we don't need a lot of extra room) and actually had 3 beds! And the gentleman at the desk in the evening gave truly outstanding service with a smile.

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. The staff tried to tell us how to set the advertised "in room" controls, but they didn't seem to do anything. When we first told the staff about the problem, they acted as if they were shocked. We later learned that all of the in room units didn't work. Thankfully the hotel gave us a discount on the rooms, but they still should provide what they advertise. If it wasn't for the AC, the room would have been great...for Paris. Great view of the Eifel tower, easy access to the Metro, and lots of Restaurants in the vicinity.

The plate of the wc was on the floor!the view was not to the tour Eiffel but to another build and the street(I was at 1stfloor).The employees at the reception helped me to find a taxi and was a good helper. The position is in a safe zone near the tour (10min).

We were disappointed in the hotel overall. There were many things that didn't work in the room and we had to change rooms when we got there because there wasn't the right number of beds and the toilet didn't work. We were less than inmpressed with the place.

The rooms offered everything advertised. I've been told most Paris hotels have small rooms and these were smaller than the usual American hotel, but still comfortable. The staff were wonderful. They bent over backward to be helpful and were exceptionally warm, friendly, and service oriented. We would go back just because of them, even if the rooms were less than advertised, which they weren't. We haven't stayed in any other Paris hotel to compare this to, but we were very satisfied with all aspects of the service and hotel and would recommend it to others. It is one block from a Metro stop from which you can easily reach all major sights.

This is a small, perfectly located hotel which is very reasonably priced. It is only ten minites walk from the Eiffel tower, and on a very good metro line. If you are looking for a three star hotel, then this could be the one for you.

The Hotel Arley Eiffel was a wondeful hotel with spacious, well priced, clean rooms. We actually had a full view of the eiffel tower from our bedroom window. The hotel was in an excellent location and the staff were never anything less than friendly.
