The staff was extremely kind and ready to help. Disadvantage: 6 floors, but no elevator.

The reviews of this hotel in general are right but I never thought it could be this bad. It is right over a very loud and neon sex shop with some unpleasant characters lurking about. I would NOT reccommend this for anyone sensitive or women travelling alone it is far too intimidating as the entrance is down a dark side street. I only stayed one night and that was enough. you are only paying for the central location THATS ALL. The reception is so small only 2 folk at the most could fit. They did give me first floor as requested and the staff were polite. The biggest nitemare was the stairs as there is no lift, be warned its not for the the weak of health or large bags, Its a spiral staircase so narrow its claustraphobic, how it gets past health and safety I have no idea, im a big person and had a large suitcase and really struggled to the first floor any higher I would not have been able to stay. The room had basically a bed, the rest of the room had no function, no remote for the tv, I Could not fit in the shower, it was clean to a point but the curtains and window were filthy as were the external fittings in the bathroom, It was stifling in the morning I practically ran out of the place, but the biggest joke was its xtra for breakfast, the bfast room had 2 tables... this place is terrible..

The hotel room is kind of smallest I have ever stayed in my life. The staff is unhelpful and show disrespect to guests. I will never come back.

When we got there we were shocked because of the building which is next to a big sexshop and everything was so old. We actually didnt want to stay there anymore and thats when the guy who was sitting at the frontdesk really got pissed and although we finally stayed there he treated us like trash the whole time. But we have to say that the hotel might be horrible but the rooms are clean and ok! Very close to the trainstation, people there might be scary, but at least you can go anywhere you want by train/bus/subway.

Despite it is located near the train station but the actual location is at the side lane where you need to walk a short path (30 meters) of dark tunnel. if you just want a budgetary room which provides the travelers some decent sleep then it is ok.

Room cleaning could be better. Noisy due to ongoing building reconstruction work.
