Bedroom in need of refurbishment. Bedroom 105 small. No shower curtain/screen. Decor old and dirty looking. Bathroom clean. Housekeeping staff do good job. Serious noise from adjoining bedrooms when toilet/bath/shower being used. All meals in restaurants nearby. Very satisfied. Hotel breakfast @ €11.50 considered expensive. Staff friendly and helpful.

The shower cabinet in our room was too small. I am a slimm person and having a shower I hit its walls permanently. The location of the property is great. It is situated in the city centre and most of the main sightseeings are available quite easy. A receptionist told us that they are going to have the hotel in winter reconstructed.

Hello, The hotel is situated in a very nice area with restorants and coffee shops, even Mc Donald's, it's on a walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. It's tidy and the guys are very kind, but my room didn't look the same way like on the pictures, it was miserable and the furniture was very poor, the double bed was actually composed of 2 separate beds, one of which was not usable at all. It was not that bad for 2 nights, but I will deffinitely not choose the same hotel for my next trip to Paris.

First impression was good. Room wasn't so big, but we didn't need bigger. There was everything in the room wee needed. Situation is good, not so far away from Eiffel and there is metro station near of hotel. First I thought that hotel is quiet, but at morning I noticed I was wrong about that.

the hotel was fine for a couple of nights. The sound proof rooms were not at all sound proof. We could the people next door going to the toilet!!! You could barely turn around in the shower but overall the place was clean enough. We were only there to sleep and shower so it was fine. Although the bed wasn't that comfy. For the price and location we would definately stay there again.

Don't stay it this hotel!!! On the inside/bed side of the bed spread it looked like someone had had lots of sex on it...cum marks all over the place The room was very small and stuffy. We were awakened by a couple in the next room at 2 AM. The lights in the hall ways were put on conserve (which I understand) but then when we went up the elevator or stairs at night it was extremeley dark and we had to hunt for the hall way light switch

We were told that every place you stay in Paris is small so I guess it wasn't a surprise to find the room... well, small. The shower was so tiny that you couldn't even turn around in it (and we're not exactly big ppl) so yeah probably wouldn't stay here if your more than 6ft! Having said that the room was clean the staff spoke English and were quite nice. The location was good because we caught the metro everywhere in paris and there is a metro station very close to hotel.

We stay in Paris only 3 days, the hotel has a good relationship between price and quality. The location is good, near Tour Eiffel (15 min. by foot) and the surrundings are quiet. We haven't breakfast in the hotel.

Good stuff: The location! The Eiffel Tower is in walking distance - 25 minutes away. Grocery stores are 5 minutes away. The rooms were always clean when we got back at night. Bad stuff: The air conditioning wasn't always functioning. We had some questionable phone charges on the final bill. Not having a superior command of French (even though the clerk spoke English-with attitude) & not knowing how the hotel phone system works prevented me from arguing my case. However, the cost wasn't exorbitant.

We stayed for five nights from February 28th 2008. The room was very clean and comfortable but very small. The bathroom was clean and spacious but there was no shower curtain. The air conditioning did not work, they kept promising to fix it but never did, which spoilt our stay. There was too much road noise to have the window open.

Hotel is not too bad but if you want to sleep and have privacy it is impossible: you can here everything ( I mean everything) from the rooms next to yours.

Great hollyday in Paris! The hotel was ok. Small rooms but thats not an issue. I dont think that you are going to spend too much time in the room. I didnt! Just for the shower and sleep. You are in Paris! Enjoy!

Just mention that the breakfast buffet was on 2 separate desks and that I noticed the 2nd desk a bit late (desk with joghurts and orange juice, placed a bit on the outside of the breakfast room).

Very clean but stay was marred by poor training of staff,(Except for the poorly paid African cleaners who worked to a high level).Front counter girl was rude and refused to let me speak to the manager when a discrepancy occurred between what was advertised on Venre and the actual final bill. She refused to believe what had been advertised on the website, had to catch a plane so just paid up as no time to discuss the matter! Perhaps because she knew that, she used that deliberatly? Apart from staff problems, it was well positioned had small but fancy rooms and was very cozy.

The hotel is very well situated, beside a Metro station. The rooms overlooking the street are subject to some traffic noise but this is not excessive. The bathrooms are exceptionally well-appointed for a hotel of this rating. This is the best 3 star hotel we have stayed in in Paris.
