This hotel is ideally located for exploring Paris. The surrounding area is very upmarket and you really have the feeling you're in an exclusive part of the city. On the downside, it was overpriced, and I felt that the room rate was very high for what we got. But Paris in general is overpriced and if you go there you have to be prepared to shell out for everything. It was also very difficult to find good restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel and we were very disappointed after visiting two terrible rip-off eateries that had looked quite decent from the outside. But the Champs Elysee is nearby and all the metro connections are a short walk away so from that point of view it's a thumbs-up. Nice for a short stay but be prepared to open your wallet!

My husband and I were very pleased with our room, the location, and the overall quality we experienced at this hotel. Very nice dining close by.

Stayed in a charming, very French boudoir style room, with a sparkling clean, comfortable marble bathroom, and separate WC in room. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful at all times, and spoke English, as did many of the breakfast room staff. Breakfast was quite adequate. The breakfast room is atmospheric, looking out into a charming, small courtyard; but it's small and a bit cramped. Lovely lobby amenities with two sitting room. Location is absolutely wonderful, right off the trendy Avenue Montaigne, but set on a quiet side street. Great restaurants in the area, and the Grand Palais, Franklin Roosevelt Metro and Champs Elysees are only steps away. My only complaints about my stay were that telephone costs were exhorbitant, and that the television set had poor sound quality, especially CNN. But, then, who wants to watch much TV in Paris! I would definitely stay there again, although it is not cheap, coming to almost $450 a night with April 08 exchange rates.

The location is superb. 15 minutes to Eiffel Tower, 15 minutes to Arc de Triomphe. Many restaurants in area, in view of Eiffel Tower lit up at night. Beautiful shopping district with high end fashion stores and tree-lined streets. Quiet. Very Boutique. Very friendly.

This will be the hotel I stay at for all my travels to Paris. Te location was great. It is on a quiet little street just a few bloks from the Metro station and one block from many good restaurants. The staff could not have been nicer. The breakfast was wonderful. Beautifully appointed room. A true gem in a jewel of a city.

Our room overlooked the street and was quite spacious by European standards. The furnishings were intriguing as the wallpaper, bedspread and curtains all had the same print. Ah! The French. The breakfast choices were acceptable and tasty, although you did have to pay extra for omelettes. The hotel is very near the Rodeo Drive of Paris; Harry Winstons is just around the corner, as is Prada, Gucci and Max Mara. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and a Metro station.

Guys and girls, in general I ve been more or less to most countries all over the world. Especially in Paris, I ve been 3-4 times. This hotel was simply one of the best I ve ever stayed - throughout my whole travelling experiences. If you want to go away from the luxury (banal) and modern (too common) rythm of Sheraton, Hilton, Intercontinental etc., then Chambiges is the ideal hotel. It combines an excellent location with an ideal environment wrapped up in a superb service. Just 5 minutes on foot from Champs Elysees, 1 minute from the high street outlets (dior, Chanel, LV etc.) .::. The room decoration in this art-baroc style is just undescriable; even the bathroom was perfect. Finally, just to mention the excellent breakfast in the morning in this tiny art-deco breakfast area on the ground floor. Not to be missed by any means!

This is a lovely little boutique hotel in the centre of Paris, we both found the hotel staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. Its proximity to the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysee made this hotel an excellent venue. We will most certainly return again!

Without a doubt this hotel was the best one we stayed at during our trip to Rome, Milan, Paris, and Venice. The room was fantastic, the staff was the most helpful (too many ways to list) and the location perfect! Blanca L. at the front desk was an absolute star - friendly, intelligent, and professional - thank you for making our stay perfect!
