Front desk very helpful especially with languages. Close to metro - convenient location. Hotel is in need of TLC/basic maintenance. Not 4 star quality. Shortage of electrical outlets Horrible odor in bathroom that could not be eliminated (or easily masked). Door key demagnetized daily.

Wonderfuly, helpful staff. Room extremely small. Web site for hotel indicates the hotel was renovated in 2009. Other than a flat screen tv and new windows, I didn't see any indication of a renovation.
