exterior Located on the Rive Gauche, Apostrophe Hôtel is proud to be the first Poem Hotel of the French capital. This design Paris hotel was born from the combined dream and inspiration of the owners, on one hand, and three famous French artists on the other; namely designer-photographer Sandrine Alouf, architect Vincent Bastie and painter Catherine Feff.

Nestled in a beautiful historic Parisian building, boasting the trompe-l'oeil style painting of imaginary tree branches shades, Apostrophe Hôtel is not the usual luxury art hotel providing rather minimalist room to rest into after roaming the city. Here all 16 guest rooms feature their own personal design, inspired by the imprint left by man through the centuries whether paintings, graffiti, stencils, typographic signs, or musical notes... Much more than a boutique hotel of stunning comfort, Apostrophe Hôtel provides a unique travelling experience, intellectual but also deeply emotional.

Such an innovative concept could not have found a better place to express itself than the arty Montparnasse district, home in its golden age to painters Picasso, Dali, Modigliani and Chagall, but also poets like Breton and Apollinaire, writers Ezra Pound and Jean Cocteau, or photographer Man Ray, to name but a few. The ideal situation of the Apostrophe Hôtel in the very heart of Paris will grant you easy access to all main monuments and sights of the French capital. guest room Apostrophe Hôtel features three types of luxury double guest rooms: Apostrophe, Pittoresque and Balneo, each one with a unique décor provoking inner travel sensations.

Apostrophe rooms include a private bathroom decorated with modern mosaic tiles and featuring an unconventional round hydrotherapy shower with a lighted shower head. These guest rooms come with air conditioning and amenities such as free wireless Internet access, cable TV with LCD flat screen and DVD player, mini hi-fi system. There is also an in-room safe, for your valuables.
Apostrophe rooms design follow the thematics: Fairy Tales, Light & Shade, Calligraphy, Travel Diary, Poster and Women.

Pittoresque rooms are Double Superior accommodations including the same amenities as the Apostrophe, plus a beautiful wall paintings and trompe-l'oeil by artist Catherine Feff.
The design in these Pittoresque rooms plays around the concepts of Traces, Music, Book, Urban Writing and Man.

Balneo rooms are Double De Luxe accommodations including the same amenities as the Apostrophe and Pittoresque rooms, together with an extraordinary bathroom featuring a chromotherapy jacuzzi, for moments of pure relax in rainbow-colored waters.
Inspiring themes in the design of the Balneo rooms are Ephemeral Traces, Alphabet, Press, Printing and Paris-Paradise.

By train
From Gare Montparnasse railway station: take bus 91 and get off after 2 stops.
From Gare Saint Lazare railway station: take subway line 12, direction Mairie d'Issy and get off at Notre Dame des Champs. By foot, go southward onto rue Notre-Dame des Champs and turn right onto rue de Chevreuse.
From Gare de Lyon railway station: take Bus 91, direction Montparnasse, get off at Vavin. By foot, go southward onto boulevard du Montparnasse direction rue Delambre, turn left onto rue de Chevreuse.
From Gare du Nord railway station: take subway line 4, direction Porte d'Orléans get off at Vavin. And follow the same indications as above.
From Gare de l’Est railway station: take subway line 4, direction Porte d'Orléans get off at Vavin. And follow the same indications as above.

By airplane
From Paris Roissy International Airport (CGD): take the RER line B, direction Robinson/St Remy-les-Chevreuse and get off at Port Royal. Go on by foot going onto northward avenue de l'Observatoire. Turn slightly left onto place Camille Jullian. Continue onto Rue Notre Dame des Champs, 400 m ahead turn left onto rue de Chevreuse.

From Paris Orly International Aiport (ORY): take train Orlyval until terminus Antony, then the RER B direction Mitry-Claye/Aéroport Charles de Gaulle get off at Port Royal. And follow the same indications as above.
