Hotel Reviews Première Classe Villepinte

Overall--and this is our 6th stay at a Hotel Première Classe--everything was just as we expected: excellent, with one minor exception. We could find no one at the front desk until about 5:00 PM. However, we did find a representative at the hotel next door. So, everything worked out very well, in the end. (Our second time at the Paris Roissey-CDG hotel.)

This was our third time there so we got to the hotel easily from the RER station, but the first time, we were lost, and it's really close! We got the most favorable room rate from Venere. Thanks!

This hotel is just few hundreds meters from the next RER station after the CDG airport - Exposition - Poissy. Just exit the RER station and walk just into the office buildning area. The hotel is just on your left right after the office building on your left. Kirriad hotel is in the same building and in this hotel is also recepcion for Classe. The hotel is hostel like accomodation, very basic good to overnight there after/before a flight. Good deal for the price.

The hotel was clean, well-situated for access to CDG and, thankfully, affordable. True, there's very little to visit in the immediate area but that is hardly the fault of the hotel. It's a relief to know that it's there and I will certainly return when needed for future flights.

EXCELLENT!!!!!! The best price-quality. Far from the centre but right next to the train/metro station. Perfect for us 'cause we could park the car for free and move in Paris by metro. Little room, just bed and bathroom but VERY CLEAN. Perfect for sleeping well. The adress for the GPS that appears in Venere is not right, better to check it in Premiere Classe web-page.

Excellent value for money. The bathroom is small the room is small. Mt two teenage daughters and I stayed one night. So cheap !! breakfast adequate unlimited tea coffee bread jams croissant rolls cake. So close to RER station. Free street parking overnight closer to front door than hotel car park. Maybe we were lucky that it was the 13th of July so not too busy. Steaks in resteraunt very good although at 20 euros expensive. At a total cost of 40 euoros I doubr you could get any cheaper any where in Europe let alone France. Clean comfortable and soo convieninet. Highly recommendedas a stop over on drive back from souther France to Calais or on way down or to spend a couple of days in Paris.

The way to go to this hotel should be specified on the web. Just specify, you must take the RER B and stop at Parc des expositions (second stop). It is only 5 minutes far from the airport. The first metro in the morning (at least on sunday) is at 5.20AM. It took me 1 hour to find the way to get there and I am French, I wonder about foreigner.

Very easy acces from the airport - one stop by RER from CDG, get off on Parc de Expositions. From the station, it is 3 mins walk (depending on which exit you used, it is either on your left or straight). The room is very small, bathroom recalls platic public toilet on the street. Use only if you need to sleep over near the airport instead of staying in the airport and don't want to spend on this at all. Bad idea to start any romantic jorneys from here :)

Did not go..... Just had to pay ! Location is told "Roissy-Aéroport-Charles-de-Gaulle" but no shuttle of any kind to go there. Not an airport hotel. Prefered to give up. Had to quote to send the file, but it has no sense, juste quoted 5 because I don't know.

Front of hotel parking was very restricted and there was no English advise on the use of the rear barriered car parking. Room was clean though in need of a lick of paint. Worst problem was that the security key controls room electrics and entrance lift, so leaving a person in the room means they are totally in the dark. NOT GOOD!!!

my main suggestion has to do with the premiere classe line of hotels. we took taxi from the orly airport and were dropped off at one. it was the wrong one. we were told we would have to pay 20-30 euro to go 5 minutes to the correct one. we paid 30 and that man (who has connection with hotel) took us to the 2d wrong hotel. the 2d hotel had an extremely rude host who refused to help us and told us it was not his problem. we hired a third taxi drive who finally took us to the correct hotel. you have 3 with the same name in same town. the drivers don't know which is which EVEN WHEN YOU SHOW THEM THE ADDRESS which we did in every case. i suggest you create a system where you 1) warn consumers there are three in same town with same name and 2) shuttle people incorrectly delivered to wrong one, to the correct one without charge to them. venere should warn consumers too. what happened to us occurred at midnight, we were exhausted and it took over and hour a half from first delivery to correct one. terrible system.

Etrange...) Aucune pancarte pour l'indiquer !

For an airport hotel, the quality and level of service was substandard. We are usually very forgiving and understanding travellers in other countries, but the customer service in this hotel was very low! If a hotel is advertised as a convenience for travellers near an airport, I would expect a computer to be available to check for flight departures, get seat assignments, etc. We asked the clerk if one was available and there was none. We then asked if she would mind calling the airline to check on our flight departure and she refused. We asked then if there was a phone book or telephone nearby. She told us to go to the connecting hotel to look for a phone book (there were no clerks there since it was after 9pm). We were flabbergasted! We had just come in from multiple train rides, Metro rides, getting off at the wrong stop, hauling our luggage to this mediocre hotel at 9pm, and all to be told by an indifferent clerk that we had to do more of our own legwork. There were two clerks at the desk (the other was impatient and cold towards us) and as far as I could see, not a lot of work having to be attended to between the two of them. The rest of France and other hotels booked through Venere were wonderful and the reception people courteous, at least. My other concern was lack of directions on their website - they gave no indication of what Metro stop to get off at, and left out a very important piece of information - you need to transfer from central Paris to another railway line to get to their hotel. It took us almost an hour to get this information from the railway clerks at the station who spoke limited English. If this information was printed on Premier Classe's (a joke of a name) website, it would save travellers a lot of headache. The other hotels in France printed what Metro stop to get to their hotels. All in all, our experience at this terrible hotel (with broken showerhead and peeling plaster) was the only ding in a wonderful trip in France a

i know that you are an french speaking country but it would of been nice to ensure that the attendences for the dinning room had a better understanding of english as we never ate in the hotel other than breakfast because the lady.man couldn't understand what we where saying and my french is a little poor. other than that it was good money for value. The other thing was the need to identify your hotels better within this area, as i went to 3 hotels with your name from the airport area before i got to the right one and this took 3hrs and was very difficult for my daughter who was very tired and only 11 years of age late at night with having us book in at 12.oo midnight.

smelly, moldy bathroom and very "industrial" flooring/decor. Couldn't leave the room without taking the pass-key which leaves the room without electricity/TV?!? Tucked away in a business park area which has very limited services. The one restaurant in the adjacent hotel was nice but horribly overpriced (i.e. 22 euro for a brochette of 2 scallops, 2 shrimp on a tomato sauce base. And the pasta was overcooked and not very good for $16 euro) BUT, for less that $30 euro a night, can't expect too much and it was close to CDG.

The room was big, nice and cleanm the hotel in total nice although I only spent there 5 hours. However, some other facts were really annnoying. First of all, it should not be marked as a HOTEL AT THE AIROPORT since it's NOT. There are no free busses from the terminals to the hotel. The busdrivers misled me by taking me to ANOTHER Premiere Class hotel around the area. They are not sifficiently informed. Even a receptionist at the other Premiere Class didn't know what to do, where is was, how to help us (there were more people than me in such a situation). The only transport was the RER which doen't go until 5:22 which may be TOO LATE for some flight. After 22 there was NOBODY at the reception was had to line up for about an hour with 30 people in a nextdoor hotel.

We needed an hotel near airport, just one night, to be their around 5:30. The hotel was not indicated from the train station, needed to walk randomly to find it with heavy luggage... No restaurant in this industry area except Kyriad (expensive one). The hotel was full of young girls, knocking in the night from room to other room, we couldn't sleep.

Hotel is good for overnight stay between flights. The only huge dissapointment was that there is no shuttle bus from the airport and that was not specified on a web site. It took me an hour and a half to get to it by taxi from the airport when it is only one train stop away.

The cheapest hotel you'll ever find near Charles de Gaulle. A bit odd, at night you check in to the hotel next door ( I wasn't advised) I am not absolutely sure the sheets were clean on both beds, but the upper bunk was fine. No soap or shampoo -dodgy toilet, but worked eventually. Really, really, cheap - great electric heater, tv a very short walk to the Metro and one stop to CDG.

Your ad was deceiving. It stated that the hotel was right by the airport. We took the shuttle to the nearest "Premiere Classe" only to be told that we were not booked there. We were told to take the train, and get off the first stop. We arrived in the middle of the night, and were the informed that the last train was at 11:00 p.m. We had to take a taxi which cost us another 20 Euro to get to the hotel. For me, the ad that said that it was "close" to the airport was not accurate.

Overall this was relatively of 'what you pay is what you get', the buffet breakfast was a bit of a letdown as opposed to what was shown in the information sheet in the room. What was most dissapointing was that parking was not free, though with the location, you could park in the surrounding area easily as it is located in a business park.
