Well located hotel (close to RER). Rooms are pretty nice and very functional. Somehow noisy. Breakfast good but a bit expensive.

No hay información sobre transporte de aeropuerto a hotel. Kiriad? hay otros kiriak . Finalmente en taxi 30 euros tras dar vueltas y pasar por otro kiriad llegamos al kiriad correcto. (nadie conocia la direccion esa). LLamando al hotel nadie habla español ni intentan ayudarme a encontrar el hotel.

We were very unhappy with our experience as we were bumped from this hotel to the 1ere Classe next door. Apparently this was because of vandalism to the room we were scheduled to use, among others, but the staff did not all have the same story and some were downright unhelpful. We are of the opinion that we were chosen for this because we booked with Venere rather than with Kyriad directly. The rack rate for the room was 20Euro less than we paid for the discounted Kyriad room and the complementary breakfast provided by Kyriad did not compensate for the unpleasant surroundings and poor quality of the room, nor for the extra costs of having to use a taxi to get FROM the Kyriad closer to the airport to this hotel and then TO the airport. This complex is NOT served by the airport shuttle buses which caused us serious inconvenience and additional unplanned cost and this is not clear from description, otherwise we would not have booked this hotel. All in all, it was an unpleasant start to what was a delightful vacation and we will NOT consider booking a Kyriad group hotel again.

At the airport on the Information desk they told us that there was a shuttle to the Hotel. There is NO shuttle; there are 2 Hotels with the same name. You have to take the train from the airport and get out at the 2nd exit. As you exit the train cross the street and walk to the left 1/2 a block. It was snowing and we tried to enter the restaurant at the back of the Hotel; the manager of the Restaurant locked the door when he saw us carrying the bags; VERY RUDE -The Hotel is impecable & the manager very nice

I am a businessman travelling this time for leisure and I have been in many hotels around the world. I have NEVER been that unhappy about an hotel reservation. In a few words (that I am going to develop in a letter of complaint) 1) The hotel from the www.venere.com does not relate to the one that was booked. I booked in Roissy-Aeroport and had to go to Villepinte !!! which is not even the same location. 2) Staff was not very "service" oriented to say the least. Heating not working during the winter. Apparently more fun to play with colleagues rather than helping guests... 3) Because the hotel was mentioned to be in Roissy and it was NOT I had to PAY the RER for both me and my fiancee round trip + time lost + heavy luggages...Went to bed at 1AM for an early flight the next day. Thanks a lot... And it is not over... Well I am extremely disappointed...and I am usually the guy who rates pretty good...(hotels, restaurants). I wanted to try this website, well I do not think I am going to use or recommend it to my friends and family...Please be careful when you advertise an hotel, a location...More details in my upcoming letter...

This was our first Kyriad stay and it met our expectations. Our only problem was access from the airport - expected a shuttle. However RER access good so overall no complaints.

We could not print the map from the web site. There is another Kyriad not far away which created confusion and wasted time. The buffet breakfast is good value for the money. The hotel should offer Internet access for those without laptops.

We stayed here at the end of our trip simply because we had to be at the CDG airport at 5am for our flights home and did not want to trust the trains or traffic in Paris. There are closer airport hotels, but their prices are almost double. It takes about 10-15 minutes for a cab ride from this hotel to the CDG airport.

This is not an airport hotel! It is several RER stops away from the airport and we had a terrible time getting there. Once we found it, access to the RER to return to Paris was good. But I would not recommend it as an airport hotel. Worse yet, they are doing extensive renovations to our floor. the elevators could not be used and the staff did not want to help with our bags. Our rooms were dirty fro the construction dust. Some staff members were not helpful at all. Others were better. It was too expensive for the location and service. There was no airport shuttle.

la qualité de cet hôtel n'est pas en cause mais l'adresse indiquée ( Roissy -Aeroport Ch de Gaulle)est erronée sans doute pour attirer d'eventuels passagers. En réalité il est situé à Villepinte ce qui oblige à reprendre un taxi pour se rendre à l'aeroport...

The biggest pitfall was that the hotel does not have a shuttle from CDG airport, but the cabs at the airport refused to go to the hotel. Transportation was a major hassle and expense.

The hotel itself is quite good/clean,convenient position to Airport but one of the recepionist(a guy with blonde hair no glasses)was very very unkind with all of us clients when he had to communicate to us that we had to wait till 2pm before having our rooms.Waiting is normal but he had a Very unpolite way of addressing people.The other front desk agents(women in particular)were very nice instead.

The biggest disappointment is that this hotel advertises a free airport shuttle, But THERE IS NO SHUTTLE - I paid 50 Euros to get to the CDG airport. Breakfast is also an additional cost of 11 Euros and when booking it states that breakfast is included. The room itself was ok - but beware of the hidden extra charges. This hotel is a 15-20 minute Taxi drive away from Charles de Gaulle. On the map it seems very close - not so. Not What is Advertised.

WARNING: THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM CDG AIRPORT!!! Which I found out after taking the shuttle to Kyriad Premier, thinking they were right next to each other, and the website says there is a shuttle. You need to get on the train to Paris, last one leaves at midnight. 3,55 Euro ride two stops away from the airport. The breakfast buffet is excellent, but a bit pricey (13,50 Euro, NOT included in your hotel reservation). Overall, very clean and quiet. Great for the price.

A hotel calm and very nicely decorated in particular this restaurant where the home and the food is very good. To get there take the exit "door exhibitions"( porte des expoitions)of the RER (1 or 2 sorties of the airport roissy charles de gaulle) and go left. The hotel is located near a roundabout and offices of various companies.
