The Paros Hotel is situated just a few steps from Livadia Beach, the closest real beach to the island's capital Parikia, also called Paros. This affordable Paros beach hotel is just next door to a wonderful tavern and is within easy walking distance of the historic town centre, the 13th century castle and the harbour.
What strikes guests at this Livadia Beach hotel on Paros are the wonderful views of the harbour and the crystalline blue sea, which make a nice contrast with the white-washed walls of this small hotel, built in the typical Cycladic architectural style.
The Paros Hotel's staff are really helpful and more than willing to advise you on the best sights to visit, as well as arrange excursions scooter and car rental.

TRès bon accueil, l'hotelier remplace efficacement l'office du tourisme par ses conseils. On peut admirer le coucher du soleil depuis les chambres avec vue sur la mer

When we arrived at the Hotel, they kindly offered us a choice of room - either on the top floor with a great view or the second floor with a lesser view. We chose the top floor with the seaview. The view was stunning. The room was spacious as it was a family room, however, the decor and furniture was a little tired looking. It was fabulous, however, to be able to heat water to have coffee when we felt like having a cup. On the whole the Hotel represented really good value for the money we paid and I would recommend it as a good hotel to stay in Paros if you want to be close to the main port of Parikia.

Can not ne more happy with our stay in Hotel Paros. The owners had gone out of their way to help us with travel plans and helpful tips to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 12.30 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms after 11.30 a.m.

Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €4,00 per person per day.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of no show or late cancellation the first night will be charged on your
credit card. If the stay is more than 2 nights, we reserve the right to charge
the customer up to 50% of those nights - if cancelled last minute.
In case of earlier check-out we reserve the right to charge the customer up to
50% of the remaining days booked.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
