This hotel was very clean and relaxing. We needed help with some reservations we had planned the next day in another city and the owner called and took care of it for us. It was a great help. The food was great and the sitting was beautiful with its turkish textiles.

We had heard such great things about this hotel but it offered us non of the exceptional hospitality others had raved about. The English of the reception staff was variable and when we asked for information we were given the bare minimum an often it was easier just to find out ourselves. The food was average to bad - my chicken tasted like it was a bit past it's best and teh breakfast was very average. I'd recommend you try somewhere less popular.

My husband and I had a very good time at the hotel. The owners & managers (a couple) of the hotel are very nice and helpful. The room and public area were nicely decorated. The food was great for every meal (we had breakfast, lunch, dinner there). We felt like home there. Only one negative comment is the shower room which is quite small and cold. Anyway, overall it's a great value for money.

I found the venus Hotel to be an excellent place to stay in Pammukale. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and went that extra mile to meet our needs. eg. assisting me with posting a package home to australia. Food was great and information folder about the hotel services comprehensive and useful. Out trip to Aphrodiasis organised through the hotel was excellent - friendly driver who provided us with fresh apples from a road stall on our way back. as i said - they go that extra mile. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay.

Spotlessly clean, friendly. Dinner and breakfast were very good -- their yogurt soup was wonderful! They may be slightly over-extended, as some of our requests for bus ticket bookings took repeated reminders, and it sometimes feels that much as they'd love to, they just do not have the time to answer guests' questions

The rooms were clean and spacious; the staff helpful and cordial. Breakfast was not a buffet, but was prepared hot for each guest. Evenings, the restaurant serves delicious regional Turkish fare in large portions. NB Hotel payment is by cash. This was a surprise. Regardless, I unhesitatingly recommend this hotel.

Is a good hotel if you are looking cleanliness and confort... But unfortanelly I chose this hotel because some body recomend it for family. Service was poor, they were to worry about ramazan and ignore our requeriments, too familiar to work properly and to be interested in customers.

This was the best hotel we found during our whole trip. The owner were very nice, helped us to go to the points, and spoke a lot with us, very friendly. The place was very quiet. We had also nice meals there, peacefully in the garden ...It was a bit out of the town, but no problem to walk or if necessary the owner gave us a lift to the bus to leave Pamukkale. We were really very happy with this hotel !!!

Believe the hype. The couple that run the hotel are what makes this place special. Ibriham is the coolest guy we met in three weeks in Turkey. He is like "The Dude" from the Big Lebowski, except he works hard and does not like to drink White Russians. Well, maybe if they were made with Ayran instead of milk.

The Venus Hotel is a small hotel with a bed and breakfast feel. The hotel locatable through its picture via Google maps was easy to find. It is a short walk to the Pamukkale - Hierapolis complex. My family of five and I traveled on the Aegean coast and we felt this was the best property factoring its inexpensive price.

Not overly friendly. Little idea about hospitality e.g. said that our room would be cleaned and it wasn't, offered a laundry service and we had to keep asking if it would be ready before we left. Breakfast was good, but that was about all. I would only recommend this hotel if you want relative luxury without the service. The impression we got was it's all about the money coming in and that you will not be returning visitor.

The Venus Hotel was the nicest lodging experience we had during our 12 days in Turkey. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the owners were very friendly. When we arrived, the lady came out and guided us into our parking spot, and the man came out and carried all our bags into our room. There is a nice, comfortable room in the hotel where guests gathered to socialize and use the computers, which were free. Before we left for Pamukkale, the owner lent us a guidebook from his travel library, and just asked us to return it when we got back. We asked for a late checkout, and ended up having lunch there and staying for another 3 hours. It was more like staying with friends than staying in a hotel. We mainly went to Pamukkale to see the limestone cliffs and visit the Heiropolis ruins, but we are already talking about just going back to this hotel to relax and enjoy ourselves.

Abraham met us at the front gate and welcomed us. They have just gone through a complete remodeling and gave us a tour. His family had grown up in the region and was able to give us information that made our stay more enjoyable. We were invited for dinner and his mom cooked an authenic Trukish meal,it was delicious and very reasonable. We left feeling as though we had stayed with family instead. I would not want to stay anywhere else in Pamukkale.
