We had a great time at the Ozbay. The manager was extremely helpful and offered great service. Good looking to boot! The hotel has a great location across from the main attraction in town. We had dinner there and the food was local, fresh and tasty. If you want fancy this isn't the place for you. If you want a decent room in the best location in town, great service and wonderful food then this will be a good match. It offers great value for your money and they even pointed out the local dance club which is a short walk down the street. We will stay there again when we return. While it wasn't the fanciest place we stayed in Turkey or Greece we felt it was one of the best choices.

warm welcome and looked after throughout our stay - outside restaurant looks across to the travertines. Hotel located on side of road near entrance to travertines - so some noise and dust from road. Like much of Pamukkale the hotel is rather worn and threadbare. The pool was filled while we were there but all very unkept around pool area. If you don't mind worn and a bit rundown you could love this hotel because of the service and kndness of the hotel staff. We did. The beds were clean and comfy and the lounge area was cool and spacious.

My husband and I found this family run hotel quite pleasant and the dinner prepared by a member of the family was delicious. I'd recommend that to other guests. The Hotel was kinda quiet since we were there at the beginning of the tourist season but it was fine coz we just wanted to see "white mountain" with our own eyes having seen only photos thro the email from friends.
