Artemis Yoruk Hotel - Pamukkale

Hotel locatios is perfect right in the center of the village and the staff where very helpfull to us during our stay in the hotel so thank you all i whould say this is one of the best place in turkey that we felt so comfortable and part of the family so see you all soon :)

Hotel location was perfect and so far the most cleanist hotel that we have stayed the breakfast was so good where the ladies where cooking fresh home bread to offer to guests so we really liked the hotel and the staff working there we sure can advice every one to stay in these hotel.

Me and my wife stayed at the hotel for one night and we think this was the best hotel so far in our trip in turkey so we can recommend every one to stay here and the staff in the hotel organized our trip in pamukkale and our bus tickets to selcuk which was direct bus from the hotel so we thank you all artemis family

Great location right in the heart of the village and ideal for walk to the Travertines. Friendly staff and excellent value for money - Turkish breakfast was great. Rather spartan and basic but what can you expect for the price! Would stay there again and recommend to others.

The hotel did not quite live up to the image on its web site since everything was a bit worn and dated. However, for the price quoted by Venere it was an excellent deal. The hotel location with regard to the sites is excellent and the hotel personnel was good humoured and very helpful. An excursion proposed by the hotel proved to be a good bargain and was well organized. The hotel seems to cater formost to the backpacking crowd but even as a "mature couple" we were very happy with our stay.

Manageres Anna Marie was extremely helpful and went out of her way for us to help plan our future travels. Lovely setting with swimming pool, and hot spring indoor pool, including Turkish bath and sauna. Evening meal not so good.

The staff, particularly the Australian manager Ana, were very frendly and helpful, even organising tours for us in other parts of Turkey later on in our holiday. However, the quality of the room and ensuite bathroom were really disappointing. We felt the standard of cleanliness was very poor, particularly in the bathroom. The shower was awful and no soap was provided. The bed was also dreadful, with the mattress sagging in the middle and the linen appearing very old. Half board and drinks were included in our rate. The hotel meal was of average quality but the hosts were certainly generous with the drinks. We used the indoor pool, but felt it could do with a spruce up and good clean. We met other people later on in our trip who had stayed at Artemis Yoruk and were similarly disappointed with the standard. We stayed in a range of budget and mid to high range accommodation during a three week tour of Turkey and this hotel was definitely not the cheapest but was certainly the most disappointing in terms of the standard of the room.

Owners are 1 year in after taking over the property, and it is obvious how much energy they are putting into making an outstanding property. expecting great things from this hotel! very friendly staff... would have liked to stay a few more days.

Dirty no hot water we left early we could not stand the place.

Staff was very helpful, good food, great location (very close to the Travertines), most reasonable prices.

The hotel staffs were very nice to us, and their hospitality was excellent. I want to stay at this hotel once again when I go to Pamukkale.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Pamukkale village. Excellent service, large swimming pool. The perconnel is really nice and try to be as helpful as they can. Be aware that they accept only cash (Turkish lira, euro, US dollars).

They don't accept credit card, and we think is something they have to improve

We had a lovely overnight stay and would love to return for longer. Great value for money.A very friendly American welcomed us and an Australian gave us a good send off! The hotel had typical Turkish character and atmosphere - the turkish staff could not do enough for us. A nice swimming pool with the rooms set around it - and it was open late. We were too late to eat in the restaurant at night but were recommended another which was great. Fantastic place, we were sad to leave after such a short visit.

A good hotel, the staff's hospitality and servicemind made this a very positive experience. The dinner served by the pool was excellent and all 6 of us were very satisfied.

The hotel was really nice and the people over there were very nice, kind and friendly. we spent 3 perfect days over there, not just because of the surroundings but also because of the great ppl who own the hotel. the rooms were nice and clean and the food was great.

I can not recommend this hotel highly enough. The members of staff were the most helpful I have ever come across, they assisted me with the phone calling cards so I could call home, they made me a special (delicious) meal as I have allergies, onward booking of my trip, obtaining a charger for my camera after mine was lost, nothing was too much trouble for them. It honestly felt like I was staying with old friends. For the amount I paid, I very much doubt I could have had a more enjoyable and stress free stay anywhere in Turkey. We found the staff to be very helpful in all ways. The location and proximity to everything is excellent. Value for money is extremely good for what is recieved.

Excellent hotel! Very warm and helpful staff. We were treated like part of the family! And if it hadn't been for our itinerary we would've been happy to stay the rest of our trip at the Artemis Yourk. A loud round of applause for this hotel indeed!!

Good basic cheap hotel
