This was a very nice 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen...located in a residential area, slightly distant from the city center. We drove so I am not familiar with public transportation to the city. There was a parking garage but we used the onstreet parking. There was some street noise at night but when we closed the shuttters we were not disturbed. The hotel staff was very helpful. There were few restaurants located near hotel but instead, a small market satisfied our needs.

The room was a full apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 beds in each room. It had pots, pans, etc, and a combined washer and dryer in the kitchen. The two drawbacks were that although everything looked clean the floor was dusty, cannot be seen but it was felt when walking barefooted. There was nothing of interest nearby but the bus stop to downtown was next to the apartment, modern, reliable, efficient, cheap, and safe. There was a restaurant below the building and street parking was safe if you did not want to pay for parking.

We were able to book two rooms during the running of the bulls which was surprising on short notice. The hotel is removed from the central part of town but the bus picks up and drops off on the same block so it makes it very easy to get around. The apartments are huge and certainly worth the money. I would certainly stay here again.

The staff were VERY helpful and friendly. We were given a better room at no extra charge when we pointed out we had booked a non-smoking room.There was very little in the neighbourhood bar a Hypermarket so we had to walk a distance to find an average meal in a bar/restaurant. The hotel could really do with offering meals, that said, it was well worth the price and suited our overnight stay en route to France. Perhaps better suited to people needing (a) an overnighter or (b)a long term base for touring the region. Not really for those wanting to 'see the sights' of Pamplona.

Very good choice for a 1 or 2 night accomodation, like we (4 Bayer Leverkusen Football Fans, watching UEFA Cup Match "Osasuna vs. Bayer 04")did, in one of the suites with 2 bedrooms). Very friendly employees. Unfortunatelity no "party or pub scene" there weekdays late evenings, bars close ca 11-12 p.m. because it´s a little far from the city centre of Pamplona. Breakfast could have been "some more" fore the money- you don´t get much for the "included" fee (1 coffee, 1 fresh orange juice, 1 piece of pie OR ham and eggs). So i had to pay an "extra" of 3 euro for a second cup of coffee an a piece of pie. Employees (in the Restaurant/Bar) didn´t speak any english or german, only at the reception. My (german) VISA Card didn´t work there (tryed to pay 3 times at the Hotel Reception), so I had to pay by cash at checkout. Little problem: Two bedrooms in our suite, a superb living room with Satellite TV (some german channels too)and complete kitchen with all facilities...but only one bath/toilet Price/Quality is where good. Overall a "9 out of 10" Vote!

This Apart-hotel is a 5/6EUR taxi ride from the old town centre of Pamplona, the 2 bed suite that we had was large, spotlessly clean, well equipped and extremely good value for money. The staff were courteous, efficient and were able to order a taxi to the door within minutes. Overall, this isn't a luxury hotel but a clean modern aparthotel that I would strongly recommend a great base for exploring Pamplona & the surrounding region.

This was a stop-over for us on a 10 day driving trip through Spain. It was quite convenient to the highway and not too hard to find, but the map was deceiving - the hotel needs to provide better directions for car travelers. It is located in the hospital district near the VW factory, and is only signed once you reach the small access street. The pictures on the website were hard to replicate at the hotel! Other than that, we enjoyed a restful stay, and the facilities were terrific. The hotel is designed for corporate use - a full kitchenette with laundry facilities (unfortunately directions for use of the machine were not available) and a nicely furnished living room and bedrooms. If you have to spend a few days or few weeks in Pamplona it is a good option - on the central bus lines - just be careful as they stop running well before the nightlife ends downtown!

The apartments were great--lots of room, kitchen facilities, location near a supermarket, bakeries, bars, and bus. The beds could have been softer, but everything else was perfect.

The building is relatively new, so the rooms are modern, well maintained and bathrooms are spotless. Rooms were also very spacious. I would live in these appartments if I were to work in Pamplona for a year. Impeccable service. Although the lady at the front did not speak English or French, I got around using my limited Spanish and she kept smiling and was very courteous and patient­. Only drawback is that the map and driving indications were not very useful. The hotel is outside the city center (need to follow indications for the hospitals district) and I would not recommend to someone not travelling by car. As Pamplona was our base for visiting San Sebastian (city all booked out in August), the hotel was well located, relatively close to the main roads.
