The hotel features a restaurant, Gourmet, where you will be able to enjoy some of the best dishes from the Basque and French traditional cuisine, all of them prepared with high quality products. The restaurant opens from 7.30 a.m to 11 a.m., from 1 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. and from 8.30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after midday.
Check-out: it is neccesary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Use of the car park in front of the hotel is complimentary.
Use of the underground garage is not included in the price and costs €19,80 per day.
Use of wireless Internet access is not included in the price and costs €6,50 an hour and €12,00 a day.
Use of Internet on the TV is not included in the price and costs €7,00 per day.
Use of the Internet Point at the business centre is not included in the price and costs €3,50 for 15 minutes, €5,00 for 30 minutes and €7,50 for 45 minutes.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €18,00. From July 5th through July 14th (both inclusive), breakfast will be included in the room rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR THE PERIOD BETWEEN JULY 5TH AND JULY 14TH: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
