I travelled with my husband , the room which we were allocated was not good because the decoration was very poor , very tired , needed tp be repainted and refreshed , the grout round the shower mouldy , all around . The room was not in the best part of the hotel but below the reception floor close to the restaurant . I was not expecting to have such a bad room so I asked to change , the other room i was proposed was on the same floor 102/103 and same condition . After insistance we were given a room on the same floor than the reception the furniture were more or less the same the bathroom smaller but the room had been repainted and there was no sign of mould in the bathroom and the position better > There was a lot of noise during the day because the building opposite was on construction. I did not have the chance to see the rooms in the other building on the other side of the court yard . Perhaps they were better ? i would return to this hotel but not in rooms 101 to 104

very noisy air conditioner, but all others aspects are very good. The location is fantastic, near 200 mt from Placa Major

The location (center of old town round the corner), the restaurant (excellent food at very reasonable price). Would highly recommend UR Mision de San Miguel. Note : they have a parking - essential in the center of Palma - but they charge for it (13,50 a night).

HOTEL IN BUONA POSIZIONE NEL CENTRO STORICO, CAMERA PULITE E SPAZIOSE. MOLTO TRANQUILLO.RISTORANTE DI BUONA QUALITA' A PREZZI CONTENUTI. LE DUE OSSERVAZIONI NEGATIVE SONO CHE NON SONO MAI STATI FUNZIONANTI CASSAFORTE E FRIGO BAR IN CAMERA, NONOSTANTE LE NOSTRE RICHIESTE DI INTERVENTO AL PERSONALE.
