Stayed for one week in September with my wife. The hotel was one of the best that we have stayed in.Location was excellent as were the local amenities.Leave the hotel , turn right ,walk for approx.70 metres & turn right on to St. Jaime 111 , the best shopping street in Palma.Continue down to the old part of town with pedestrian streets , retaurants and bars. Thoroughly enjoyable - surprised at how big it was.

Very good, would stay again if visiting Palma. Staff were excellent, we had a problem with damaged luggage, staff went beyond the call of duty to help us. Some nights were noisey due to disco or similar, however this ceased at 1:0 am. Easy reach of all points of interest in the old town & harbour. Our room was a junior suite with balcony.

some excellent aspects, roof top pool, location, breakfast good view but also some areas below expectation fixtures and fittings in room, a third of gym equipment not working and either very good or very poor service from reception.

Exellent hotel. The hotel is perfectly located nearby old town, shopping and dining. Nice pool areas. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Clean rooms (hotel). I will definitely go again. And recommend this hotel.

The hotel location is great but there are other cheaper hotels that may look far away in the map but are not so in real distance. Price quoted in the web stated "TOTAL COST" for the stay and it was a surprise to see VAT added later on at the hotel The jazz club and the swimming pool at the top are great and the hotel is in a great location.

A lovely hotel, situated in the right location for everything. I have to say, I could not find no fault with the hotel or location. Would definitely go again.

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar: in 1 Min. in der Einkaufsstrasse Av. Jaime III, in 5 Min. bei der Kathedrale und in wenigen Min. Gehdistanz das volle Angebot an Shops und unzähligen Restaurants. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr ringhörig, Gespräche oder Fernseher im Nebenzimmer hört man problemlos. Aussenumgebung ist aber sehr ruhig (Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Poolseite, also Innenhof). Zudem haben die Zimmertüren einen "super" Schliessmechanismus der bewirkt, dass die Zimmertüren zuknallen. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Fotos im Internet. Offenbar ist im Internet ein renoviertes und auch etwas grösseres Zimmer abgebildet, unser Zimmer war demgegenüber kleiner und "in die Jahre gekommen".

This hotel was an excellent find.Reasonable, close to the centre of Palma, welcoming staff and very good food both at breakfast and in the evening.I would definitely stop here again

This hotel has the perfect location if you want to be close to town, almost everything is in walking distance. After we decided to get a separate room for our daughter, they still let us keep the large triple room, which was nice. One drawback is the difficulty of parking, even for a taxi to pick you up. The front desk staff was very friendly, but the staff in the breakfast room was not at all. It was totally self-service, but if you asked for something that was missing at the buffet they had a bad attitude. The elevator is very small, so we always took the stairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

We stayed for a Saturday night after a week at a resort in order to get a taste of Palma. Unfortunately both guest lifts were out of order when we arrived but the staff were very helpful with our luggage and we used the service lift. We will be going back - an excellent breakfast and great roof-top bar!

An excellent hotel close to both shopping and dining. Good breakfast and service-minded staff.

The number one thing about this hotel is the location. Its well placed for seeing the centre of Palma. It has a nice swimming pool. During my stay there were rowdy people on my floor, and while the room was not perfectly quiet it did have some insulation to minimise the disruption. The breakfast was ordinary as there were so many people and so little food available / not enough seating. With the exception of breakfast I was satisifed with our experience although I found this to be an expensive option for what is offered.

We were very pleased with our junior suite on our arrival in Palma. We were also so happy that we were able to call the hotel on Thursday during our sailing trip and book a room for the next day, since we had not originally planned to do that. The staff were very helpful and accommodating in allowing us to make a reservation for a second night at such short notice.

The hotel is perfectly located. Everything interessting to see by walking. A wonderful wide range of breakfast.

great hotel in central Palma easy reach to shops bars and restaraunts. The staff are very nice and welcoming the breakfast remains excellent always use this hotel for weekends and short stays for shopping. Great pool areas too.

The hotel has an excellent breakfast, clean rooms and wireless internet. The only problem is thattransmission of noise from room to room is very good. This is a real pain if your neighbours like late-night phone calls - as all spaniards seem to.

The hotel is centrally located and very close to shops and short walking distance to the cathedral. Good breakfast with wide range to choose from including hot and cold items and fresh fruit and yoghurt.

Good location. There are restaurants across from the hotel, and the old town and harbour nearby. Good selection for buffet breakfast.

We had a excellent stay with excellent care from the staff. The breakfast was excellent in all respects. The lack of English TV channels was annoying, especially as there were German ones.

THE HOTEL WAS IDEAL FOR OUR REQUIREMENTS - CITY CENTRE, CLEAN, GOOD SERVICE ETC ETC.
