Housekeeping not up to par. PayTV not working properly and no repair forthcoming. Would not accomodate a cash card that should have been accommodated(American Express). Did not seem to be the immediate personnel at the desk that were inadequate, but the upper management that were unwilling to attend to the inadequacies.

Take Interstate 10 east to Hwy 111/Palm Springs turnoff. Proceed 12 miles/19.2 km to the corner of Palm Canyon Drive and Tahquitz Canyon Way. Turn right on Tahquitz Canyon Way and go 1/2 block to the hotel.

By airplane
The Palm Springs International Airport is 3 miles/4.8 km from the resort. Local taxi services are easily found at the airport terminal and public bus lines are available at the airport bus station.
