The hotel was just renovated (in sept. 2009). The design is really beautiful (although the bathroom was a little bit complicated for the use due to design choices !). The location is perfect. The price/quality ratio is finally excellent. We will just forget that the employees are never smiling.

We checked in with a group reserving a total of 4 rooms. Three rooms were standard and one deluxe. One room given free upgrade was extremely spacious, deluxe and one standard room were also very spacious, our room, a standard room was tight, but clean, comfortable and very QUIET. Overall very pleased with out stay at Quintocanto and would return and recommend it.

Not recommended for handicaped people. The hotel was built as an annex to another building which implicating that clients have to use 2 different elevators and stairs between them to get to the room. No free parking. Valet parking at the rate of 15.00 euros by day. Air conditionning very sufficient. Appreciated.

This hotel was an extremely great surprise for us. Beautiful special rooms, all new and clean, very kind and helping staff, good breakfast, the best location in Palermo - just in the middle of the town. Only one "bad" comment - there is no parking in the area, and the staff park your car and charge it in 15 eu per day.

From the A29 Palermo-Catania take the exit Palermo centro and then follow the signs to Via Vittorio Emanuele, where the hotel is located at the n. 324.

By train
Palermo Central railway station is located at approx. 1 km/0.62 miles.

By airplane
Palermo Falcone Borsellino airport is located at 35 km/22.75 miles. From the airport take a bus or the Trinacria Express train to the Central railway station.
If you rent a car at the airport take the A29 highway to Palermo and after approx. 20 km/12.5 miles, merge onto the E90 route. Drive for approx. 10 km/6.2 miles and turn left onto Corso Calatafimi. Proceed for 3 km/2 miles and take Via Vittorio Emanuele, where the hotel is located at the n. 310.
