My daughter and I spent 2 nights at the Hotel. Everything was just perfect except there was not enough hot water. Disappointing after a full day of exploring the coast. All staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Lovely hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff! Though facing the busy Via Liberta, the rooms were quiet (as well as spacious). 15 minutes walk to city centre with main attractions. Bus stop in front of the hotel, 101 and 102 go to city centre/station, the 104 also to the cathedral. A very nice bar/restaurant in walkable distance is the La Cuba (Good cocktails and wine, small but delicious buffet with mainly veggie dishes for little money),another nice bistro is the Bar Alba (delicous ice-cream, very good coffee). We would definitely choose the Hotel Giardino Inglese for our next stay!

We (two couples) arrived late and tired. We wanted a meal, but many places were closed as it was Sunday. The bartender on duty (apologies as I do not recall his name) was more than accommodating, going out of his way to understand our needs and our poor Italian. He called upon friends, ordered us dinner, provided a table and great company. We could not have been treated any better. The hotel is lovely, the rooms spacious and our overall stay quite nice.
