While the hotel was somewhat hard to find, it had a local neighborhood feel and was in the center of the old city of Palermo; major sites were within easy walking distance. The staff had limited English, but they were very helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was adequate.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Wireless internet hardly ever worked. The noise from the street and hotel communal areas could be heard loud and clear inside the room, even with doors and windows closed.
