Take a sat nav- came in the car and drove straight past it in the dark as there are no signs to indicate its a hotel. Its on a one way street. However once inside the hotel , its quite pleasant with a lovely room for breakfast. Rooms were ok , towels changed regularly and very hot water. The bus stop is round the corner where there are a few shops. Not many restaurants except La Bracerie about 300 metres away. Very nice and very reasonable, although its popular and you might have to queue. Didnt try the hotel restaurant. Plenty room to park in the hotel rooms. Seemed busy mid week but quieter at weekends.

The bathroom was too small and old, and it looked dirty (even though it wasn't). The shower was narrow and it was difficult to use. We feel a bit deceived with the price: we ask for a room with cradle for a prize, but at our arrival, we were told to pay 15 euro plus per day for that cradle.

Absolutely nothing to criticize despite a quite great contrast between the hotel itself and the burrough in which it is located. A wonderful establishment, with very kind and helpful staff. Probably an ideal situation to visit Palermo and its surroundings.

Convenient base with free parking for excursions out of Palermo and into the city by bus or car. Pleasant, cooperative, responsive staff at reception. Our room at the end of the corridor on the top floor of the main, higher row, was more like a spacious suite and occupied the full width of the building. It comprised an entrance area, bathroom to the right, separate bedroom also to the right and facing a medium-rise apartment building at the back; to the left was a lounge-living area. For its size, the suite was sparsely finished in what one might call Florida style. (With a lack of pictures on the wall, the suite had a slightly institutional air.) Rooms on either side of this end room were smaller and faced only one side, that is, towards the garden or towards the apartment building. The large lounge-living area had French doors leading to a balcony with two chairs. The balcony overlooked the garden facing the back of one of the two side arms of the villa reception center) with, in the distance, a medium-rise apartment building, and Monte Pellegrino in the background. Though in reasonable condition, the room showed superficial signs of use and had reached the point of needing touch-up maintenance and the replacement of worn items. Soundproofing was better than average; however, one could still hear the front, entrance-door to the building when slammed and some activity in the room next door. The free WiFi signal did not reach our room, so we went down to the lobby and used our laptop there. WiFi access needed renewal each day with a new user name and password obtained from reception. By the end of our five-day stay, the breakfast selection (which lacked variety) had reduced to meager, as some items consumed were not replaced. We thought this unacceptable, especially since the food was commercially (not home-) made and the establishment functioned also as a reception-events center and restaurant.

A well located hotel but not easy to find (a signpost on the main road would help). This is not a city centre hotel but in a good location for anyone with a hire car (and good for the football stadium too). Driving in Palermo is not "easy" for a non Italian so use the buses to get into Palermo - top tip is not to use the bus service closest to the Hotel but go one more street over to Via Strassburgo where busses are much more frequent. The food at breakfast was very good by Sicilian standards but the coffee was awful, a shame as it took the shine off a decent breakfast. Not many places to eat locally but the hotel did decent evening meals so not a problem. The hotel gardens were very nice - well done to the gardener!

Very indicated to people who travel by car. It's more or less easy to find because there are indications, and you can park the car without paying. The hotel is at 10 min from the center by car. It has a nice garden where you can relax. Our room was very spacious and quiet, and there was a good self-service breakfast. In our oppinion, very reccomendable hotel.

This hotel is easily accessible to the Palermo autostrada without being in the midst of the central city traffic. The service is excellent, with comfortable rooms though a tiny bathroom. We found it a wonderful base for seeing sites outside Palermo in western Sicily: Agrigento, Trapani, Marsala, Golfo di Castellamare

When first arriving the staff were not very welcoming, although they spoke good English. Also, we had booked a double room (about 3 months in advance), but what we got was a twin room with two single beds pushed together. Overall it was a nice and comfortable hotel with everything you would need, although it was not very welcoming.

The hotel is located outside the center of Palermo but you can reach it quickly using public transports. Room was spacious but the wc was small and old. We think it's a useful accomodation to visit Palermo sleeping in a quiet zone with a medium cost.
