Hotel Casena dei Colli - Palermo

Everything was great except room location,it was somewhere in back yard....

Room needs renovation and better cleaning! Breakfast was good and rich but an early breakfast at 6am was not possible! Unmotivated staff. Good parking space right in front of the hotel. Nice restaurant.

One night stay; the hotel entrance has sewage gas emanations; they properly mask this situation spraying room deodorant. Would be better to solve the problem on its cause.

Rooms are very spacious .

A well located hotel but not easy to find (a signpost on the main road would help). This is not a city centre hotel but in a good location for anyone with a hire car (and good for the football stadium too). Driving in Palermo is not "easy" for a non Italian so use the buses to get into Palermo - top tip is not to use the bus service closest to the Hotel but go one more street over to Via Strassburgo where busses are much more frequent. The food at breakfast was very good by Sicilian standards but the coffee was awful, a shame as it took the shine off a decent breakfast. Not many places to eat locally but the hotel did decent evening meals so not a problem. The hotel gardens were very nice - well done to the gardener!

Nice, large rooms with a balcony. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was helpful.

If i go back to Palermo, i'll definitely choose this hotel again..

Restaurant is extremely dull and food was not great (dinner). Everything else was fantastic. Extremely friendly staff (except at the restaurant). Bilingual or more. Very spacious rooms. Nice garden to crash in at the end of day.

Furthermore i have lost my wallet and the hotel personnel have found it and given to me with professionality and extreme courtesy.

Very indicated to people who travel by car. It's more or less easy to find because there are indications, and you can park the car without paying. The hotel is at 10 min from the center by car. It has a nice garden where you can relax. Our room was very spacious and quiet, and there was a good self-service breakfast. In our oppinion, very reccomendable hotel.

This hotel is easily accessible to the Palermo autostrada without being in the midst of the central city traffic. The service is excellent,with comfortable rooms though a tiny bathroom. We found it a wonderful base for seeing sites outside Palermo in western Sicily: Agrigento, Trapani, Marsala, Golfo di Castellamare

Only issue was extremely loud night (0200) staff that we had to tell twice to be quiet when talking to a guest in hallway, as they had woken us up.

Nice hotel with a beautiful garden well suited for a stopover to see Palermo

When first arriving the staff were not very welcoming, although they spoke good English. Also, we had booked a double room (about 3 months in advance), but what we got was a twin room with two single beds pushed together. Overall it was a nice and comfortable hotel with everything you would need, although it was not very welcoming.

Excellent 3 star hotel in Palermo with spacious rooms and very nice garden.

The hotel is located outside the center of Palermo but you can reach it quickly using public transports. Room was spacious but the wc was small and old. We think it's a useful accomodation to visit Palermo sleeping in a quiet zone with a medium cost.
