Overall we were very pleased with this hotel. The location is good to get around the city and is in a safe area. The room was smaller than anticipated and our window looked directly into another building, really ugly. But the room was quiet despite heavy traffic outside. The breakfast was delicious and well presented but is in the basement of the hotel.

We had a wonderful vacation at the Grand Hotel Wagner and we are looking forward to our return. "Ciao" to all the hotel employees who made us feel like family.

Hotel was excellent, however it was a little noisy at night with the rubbish collection trucks. The service and breakfast was also fantastic. Also the map indications we received were not accurate and we were going around in circles. We told the concierge who was aware of it as we had to call the hotel at least 3 times for directions.

Gran bell'albergo in posizione centralissima. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e personale a dir poco squisito. Unico neo: la colazione è decisamente inadeguata per un cinque stelle. In ogni caso.....consigliatissimo!
