The staff were happy to watch me struggle with heavy luggage and offer no assistance. Prices were rushing upwards during the peak season and exceeded quoted costs- for example car parking was nearly double the web price until we showed the print out. THey suggested prices had gone up some time ago, yet we had booked the week before. The room was offered at 1 Euro less than the advertised high season maximum with breakfast yet for that they denied us breakfast.

From Olbia, take the statale SS.125 state road, in direction of Palau and exit at Palau. Then follow the indications for the Porto (port).

It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Guests are kindly requested to notify the property in case of late arrivals.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking in the garage is not included in the price and costs €7,00 per night.
Shuttle service to Olbia airport is not included and costs €50,00 per car (max. 5 people). The price may vary.
Use of the Internet Point is not included in the price and costs €0,20 per minute.
From 01.01 to 15.06 and from 29.09 to 31.12, baby cot for children up to 3 years is free of charge.
From 16.06 to 27.07 and from 08.09 to 28.09 baby cot costs €10,00 a day.
From 28.07.2007 to 24.08.2007 baby cot costs €15,00 a day.
All year long, children from 4 to 12 years stay in extra bed for a 50% discount.
All year long, adults stay in extra bed for a 20% discount.
Breakfast is included in the price.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
