We were 2 persons, assigned to a triple room garden view with half board formula and we added air conditioning option(+12€/day). We really enjoyed food offered in dinner time(every dinner 3 choices for 1st and 2nd courses with 1 fish food choice). HB solution was good cause few restaurants in the area and very expensive. Rooms (small bungalows)start to show sign of aging and need some renovation (at least external painting). We had sometimes some undesired insects visiting our room and bathroom coming from garden trees(1 small spider fell on my bed pillow from room roof celing plus some mosquitos around). Swimming pool has nice panorama view but quite small and we didn't use it cause we prefer seaside. Place is perfect to do different excursions by car. Sciumara beach very comfortable and near hotel but the way trough the hill by foot is quite tricky (better to use car). In conclusion this hotel is good place as base to visit north Sardinia beaches and seesighting. Price/quality ratio is good especially considering we are in Sardinia and it is near Costa Smeralda most expensive area of all island.

When booking at this hotel try to choose a room on top of the hill on witch the hotel is built. Many lower rooms have windows facing the path so that you cannot leave it open. Air conditioning is extra (12 euro per day) but absolutelly necessary due to high humidity. The hotel restaurant is correct.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nghts will be charged. If cancelled up to 9 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nghts will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nghts will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
