CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations cancelled up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival will carry no additional cost. Should a cancellation be made within the period of from 7 days up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, the first night will be charged. This clause will be applicable to the Easter, Public Holiday and Christmas periods and from 1st July to 30th September. And when cancellations are made within 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
