Our stay was enhanced by the location of the Plaza, not only ingress and egress of the city but to the center of the city and the piazzas. The hotel is extremely tourist friendly and we were very pleased with the cleanliness, the fantastic breakfast, the great bar on the second floor, and our service from the housekeepers. For us, housekeeping is a BIG item because we own a bed and breakfast and are sensitive to cleanliness issues. Bravo, Hotel Plaza. We will return to your beautiful hotel.

I enjoyed my stay and got excellent value for money. On arrival I found that my room was for a smoker. I asked to change and this was dealt with immediately without any fuss. I appreciated this. The only negative point was internet access. There was one computer without cost, but always occupied whenever I wanted to use it (even at unusual times). Otherwise you had to pay a lot for internet connection in the bedroom by cable. In a 4-star hotel, one should be able to expect better.

The hotel is great, breakfast is very good; You can walk to the center, basilica and train station. There was a misunderstanding on the reservation: we booked one room for 4 guests, getting the description suite; however there was not a room like this available and we had to pay for 2 rooms; at the end the hotel was not aware we were 4 people. The hostess was very kind and gave as a discount for the second room and didn't charged the parking. We contacted Venere to try to enhance room descriptions and state the number of guests in reservations. The room had recently been used by smoker person and there was some smell in pillows.

A terrific hotel. There was a slight problem with our original room- the sleeper sofa was not in good condition. They gave us a second room for that night at no extra charge and a new room the next day that was even better than our original room-- a truly deluxe suite. I would stay there every time I was in the Venuto.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at.We specially appreciated the individually controlled air conditioning and the quiet of the room. The nearness of both the railwaystation (for trips to Venice)and the interesting old town is also an advantage for the location of Plaza Hotel.
