the reception people were not that kind or friendly. it was clear that we as tourists were not there usual customers. great place and great price with super breakfast and diner with great service and very kind waiters. very modern and attractive hotel.

Very much a business hotel, but as a visitor with a car the underground car park and its position on the outskirts of the old town (but walkable to the centre) were useful points. The room was fine, but I was most disappointed by two things. 1) the breakfast on a Sunday was poor in terms of stocking up the buffet and clearing the tables. 2) the price for use of the internet wi-fi service was outrageously high whether for use in the room or on the computer in reception.

Very excellent hotel, with very big and clean room. Very plentiful breakfast (I suggest to try the rice cream with cinnamon: delicious). The only false note is the location: the hotel is near to Padova Fiere and in days without exibitions the zone is quite lonely! But at the end I suggest this hotel!

Very comfortable hotel, good breakfast for Italy,to the center by food is a little bit far to go,better reserve the garage if needed, when we where there it was full and the parking lot of the nearby fiera was very expensive

As you see, the overall rating is excellent. The only problem emerged in fact afterwards: we could not find my vife's white giacca when we arrived home. I sent an e-mail of this to venere.com, suspecting that it was left to the room, or possibly to the lobby. The problem, as concerns the hotel, was that there never came any answer or other reaction, which was at least a disappointment, not to mention that the giacca was not found (like I heard by calling to the hotel).

The days we stayed there were only Italian TV channels available. Use of internet in the room was expensive, 10 euros for one hour.

The location was excellent since my conference venue was next door but it is a long walk to the city centre (but there is an excellent restaurant just opposite the hotel!). We didn't try the hotel restaurant but the breakfast was very good. Big criticism: the wireless Internet is provided by Swisscom and is very expensive at 10 euros an hour - the cost should be on the web site. I was disappointed by this. The first morning there was a problem with the hot water - that is, there was none! - but this was solved by the time I got back. The walk from the station was 20 minutes and not recommended at night because of alleged drug dealers (though in fact we had no problems and saw nothing untoward).
