Last, stop on our trip through Italy in august 2008, chosen because of late arrival, overnight stay, not far away from the way to the airport in Venice. Hotel placed next to the motorway, in industrial area, but quiet and good for people like us - on the way to leave next day again. Rooms were quiet but we're both non smokers and had to ask to change the room, the smell was strong. We've seen a lot of families with kids and older people there. We visited Padova in the morning for a nice breakfast and left for the airport. So would recommend in this sense...

The Hotel is far away from Padova dowtown and sightseeing points. There is not public trasnportation after 8 p.m on week days and after 5.pm. on weekends. I do not reccomend for leasure.

Todo muy bien. Sólo dormimos, no desayunamos en el hotel. Está a las afueras por lo cual debes contar con coche.

The hotel was very nice, just very difficult to find as there were no directions or map on my venere.com confirmation. It was in a semi-industrial area, more suited to business travelers. But the restaurant on site served an excellent dinner and breakfast buffet and the staff very helpful. Also once we knew where it was, a very convenient location just off the Autostrada.

Description was as decribed by other travellers before. Very friendly and service oriented personnel. Excellent starting point for a day-trip to Venice by car.

Stanza per 4 persone spaziosa con 2 televisori e parete divisoria, l'unica pecca è l'assenza di almeno un piccolo frigorifero. Ristorante non consigliabile per il rapporto qualità/prezzo...caro e porzioni piccole.

Very good for the price. Also, breakfast at 7.00 Euro extra is worth its cost. Room not big but adequate. Staff kind and collaborating. Only a few minor complaints: Padova is almost inaccessible unless you come by car. My Destinator (Q1.2006) maps did not include the hotel, nor its exact address. Internet access is available in the room, but you need a modem cable: no Wi-Fi. The main problem in our room (503) was a faint but audible, continuous noise, that was annoying during the night; perhaps some air sucker on the roof. We asked to do something, but there was no change.

Our first experience in a European hotel. Hotel was in an industrial area and very close to the highway and easy to find. Hotel was adequate and we'd would stay there again.

A good hotel, with many facilities. To be precise there is nothing in the fridge and no paytv (selection of movies) but this is not essential. FD

An excellent stay in the family room. The bathroom area was spacious and so were the bedrooms. Fresh towels were provided daily, and the breakfast buffet was ample. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.

The Hotel met most of our expectations. The menus in the dining room were limited and expensive for what was offered. The directions too and from downtown need to be clearer and provide non Italians with better landmarks to facilitate the driving.

Facilities and service good. However the location was not good for us as it is a taxi ride from the train station 13 Euro each way. Located in an industrial area, no good for tourists like me! Should have researched better.

It is a very nice hotel, and convenient to the highway if you are driving, but not near the centre of the city.

Excellent value for money. Being 3miles out of Padua you need a car to reach it. The rooms, service & restaurant were first class. One point to remember; ask for a map to be sent when you book, as it is so far from the town centre.

The house itself and the stay in general was excellent; the only fact I'd like to mention as a negative point of view is the distance to the city centre; the house will be perfect for businessmen but not for tourists being on sightseeing. It's too difficult and long-winded to get to the city centre and back again especially in the evenings; there you have to go by taxi or on your own car because the last bus in the evening is at about 8.00 pm (too early to go home...)

We were very pleasantly pleased with the rooms we stayed in. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location was in an industrial area but very accessible from the motorway which was convenient. The price was a little higher than other comparable places we have stayed in, but it was still reasonable.

The hotel location is in an outer, industrial area-- not particularly interesting. Street noise bothersome, although our room was otherwise spacious and comfortable. The second morning of our stay the hotel basically ran out of breakfast after a large tour group went through.

I was very very pleased with my stay at Companile Padova. But it was inpossible to get a good and fast transport to the center of Padova. As well : it would be great to get a shuttle to the Vicenza-Fair which is one of the biggest Jewelryshows in the world(3x a year just in Vicenza!). If that is not possible - how about a shuttle to the center... I think all passangers would pay the cost of the transfair!! Anyway , we had a nice stay! Best regards /Melani

Hotel was in the industrial area and not close to the center of town. Difficult to locate from the highway as directions were not clear.
