Breakfast level is not aligned to level of Hotel. Restaurant not available, and given the surroundings of the hotel is a big lack. The shower of our room overfloweded the whole bathroom!!!!

I like rooms very much, but they don't take care of buthrooms (old silicone around the buthtub, broken tiles..) - minibar is inclusded in the price (very good) but there's only water.. (not so good, i prefer to pay and find sometihing different!) no courtesy set (shampoo, razor etc..) the breakfast is not a 4 stars level. Not so bad, if you consider the cost, but not good at all, if they want deserve their 4 stars.

Hotel was clean and quiet, our breakfast was included but I don't know that this was standard. The main difficulty was getting to the hotel. The directions said to take a certain bus, but instead we got there and in the confusion of the buses, learned instead we should take "the minibus." It took a little figuring out, but we caught the correct bus finally. Unfortunately the bus times weren't posted well, and after a certain time (22:00 or 23:00) a cab is the only option. Still, cab was only eight euro from the train/bus station. Nice hotel, decent breakfast, short walk from bus stop.

A GPS seems really indispensable to locate the hotel. Everything else is OK. The garage in the hotel basement is very convenient.

The rooms are nice but breakfast is very poor. For a four star hotel it is actually a shame: One kind of roll with one kind of ham and one kind of cheese (as well as cerials and jam) is certainly NOT what one would expect.

The dinner (schnitzel with balsamico)in the restaurant was the worst we have had for many years. We were warned that the vegetables might have been frozen but not that they were also cooked for hours into a foul tasting soft mass.

The hotel was great, and in itself, couldn't be faulted. However, as a young backpacking couple, the walk from the train station or the centro was too far (a bit of a downer during the heat of summer!). Rooms were spacious, clean and the aircon worked perfectly! Staff were friendly and assisted my slowly developing Italian langauage skills! Breakfast was great!

Excellent hotel with very friendly, helpful and competent staff. Excellent breakfast. Secure car park. The poor location itself would not be a problem, if it were not for the noise from the bus garage. Excellent and fast public transport connection to city center. Noisy rooms on the side facing the bus garage.

Modern good quality hotel but don't expect great views - its located in one of those peculiar rather commercial / industrial locations that you often find on the outskirts of big cities. That said it’s a cheap taxi ride (or bus) in to the centre of Padua or to the station. Padua has plenty to offer in its own right as a tourist destination and with cheap and quick train links to Venice it’s a good location to explore this corner of Italy.

Reasonably priced, quite modern - would stay there again. However, it is a good 20-25 minute walke to train station. Must keep window closed due to city bus garage right below your room - noisy early in the morning.

Great hotel! Rooms very clean and spaciousness, employees very qualified and gentle. Breakfast is wonderful! The only problem is the location but still it is not so far away from the station and the centre of the town and there are taxis and public transportation as well.

Upon arrival on Wednesday 25th October, no welcome greeting (Fabio). Thursday morning there were young ladies at the reception who were polite, but during the rest of our stay the only person at the reception we dealt with was Fabio, whose behaviour was rude (not even elementary politeness). When cheking out his rude behaviour continued. We would have expected at least farewell wishes and a wish that we would come back again. As my clients have business in Italy (also in northern parts of the country), I was hoping that I could recommend the hotel for them. No chance for that after these experiences. The advertisement stated that the hotel has wireless internet access. No limitations in that respect were listed. However, the access was provided only during two days (Wednesday and Thursday)and only against a code that was valid for maximum 2 hours but not anymore on Friday.

Appears to be in the middle of nowhere, middle of an industrial estate, you`ll need GPS to find it. Nothing to identify it as a hotel from the ground floor, drove right past it. Big sign on the roof, though, & close to the motorways. Once in, it is a generic conference hotel, clean, efficient, OK for a 1-2 night stay if you can drive into town (or taxi). No problems at all with the hotel itself.

It's a really luxurious place to stay. Staff's English however is quite poor, depend's on the time of the day it seems. At nighttime is the worst. Free internet is provided in the lobby - that's great. But why the hell you have to register in a weird way on an Italian website? Staff is quite reluctant to help you with that because they don't want to leave the "one-man-lobby" and I had to ask for help 5 times to go online twice. Rooms are excellent! TV channels could provide a greater variety but it's not for long stays anyways.

The rooms in this hotel were spacious and very clean. The included breakfast had a wonderful selection of hot and cold foods. It was extremely tough to find the hotel, not being familiar with Padua and not realizing that Fiore meant expo area in Italian. We finally found a nice motorist to lead us there after the front desk person could not direct us to his hotel from the city center. Also, one morning I was awakened before 7am by someone scraping furniture across a floor (this went on for at least 45 minutes). We were on the first floor at the end room on the right. Also, the lights in the hallway in front of our door were out the entire time. We mentioned it to the front desk person, but they were never turned on.

This location was impossible to find on a map and farther than we'd like from the sites we were interested in. The walk from the train station is more than 30 minutes, not 15 as suggested in the writeup, and not easy to negotiate. We also took the staff suggestion to take bus #10 to get to Saint Anthony's Basilica, but bus #10 went to another town completely. The driver was very nice and helped us get back. We've learned a valuable lesson. However, the hotel itself was very modern and enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. However, it was farther from the train station than I had been lead to believe. But the bus service was very good between station and hotel. The meals at the hotel restaurant were excellent. I would definitely stay again and recomment the hotel to others.

A good place to stay, but either take a taxi or a number 5 bus from the railway station - it is further away than you think (particularly with heavy bags). Rooms and breakfast excellent - staff were a bit dozy on reception!

This hotel is located close to the autostrada and is easily acccessible by public transportation from the railway station. The staff were very helpful, despite the fact that their knowledge of English was a bit weak. It is a very nice hotel, with very spacious , modern rooms.
