This hotel is great for those wanting high-value-at-great-price lodging with personal attention in a residential-feel location. Although there was an initial problem because their parking lot was full, the hotel found a great solution and were very responsive to our needs. The accommodation was top-notch, i.e. luxurious robes and linens. Awesome breakfast buffet. The service was helpful, friendly. They are proud of their establishment and are happy to help others enjoy it. With their help, we were able to locate some awesome architectural sites and would not have found it without them taking the time to explain things in the area. The only problem, if it is one, was that we had to walk (although fun and safe - we were walking back around midnight) about 20-25 mins to the old-town Oviedo and its sights and restaurants.

Excellent hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent standard of cleanliness. Air conditioned. 10 minutes walk from railway station and city centre. Great location-15 minutes from bus station. Great centre for trips on the public bus service. Oviedo great centre and beautiful city. Lovely atmosphere. Really enjoyed our stay there.
