The staff were absolutely excellent, so helpful and lovely. My only reservations were over the fact that not only did you have to pay to use the Jacuzzi (which I would expect for free in a 4 star hotel) but that it was also so expensive. Also, breakfast was not great, in Italy I expect slightly better than plastic wrapped cheese and for food not to run out before breakfast is over.

My partner got sick during our stay and the employees were very competent and friendly, helped us to organise a doctor and even translated for us. the hotel was very new and clean, the brekfast was also good, the town center can be reached within 10 min by foot - we can recommend this hotel a 100%!
