Have watched this being built over a number of years in Ostuni and thought it would never open! Prices are at the high end but we got an excellent deal at £200 for 3 nights. Rooms were spotless and mdoern, very comfortable and well appointed. Public areas of the hotel were clean but breakfast room also serves as a conference room so was huge and soulless. Breakfast itself was good though. Friendly, helpful staff who spoke good English. Very easy, 10 min level walk into the Piazza and Ostuni Old Town so excellent location. Getting into the garage is a nightmare and best suited to small cars. But the best bit was they opened a swimming pool on the day we arrived which had been mentioned nowhere. At the moment access is a vertical climb up many stairs set into a hillside (but it will improve - a shuttle bus is planned). Lovely pool with simply stunning views of the Old Town and the Adriatic sea, though it's quite windy being at the top of the hill. They are also opening small apartments set into the hillside and these will be amazing when they are available. Would happily recommned this hotel.

Stayed for one night in Ostuni on our way to Brindisi. Lovely old town full of charm. The hotel was very well placed on the edge of town, 5-10 minute walk to the main square. The staff couldnt have been more friendly and helpful, the hotel was spacious and relaxed, shame the pool wasnt available until June. Would definately stay again and hopefully for longer next time.
