Hotel more of a pensione over other businesses & definitely only really good for overnight stay on route to/from Rome city & coast or airport! Difficult to find (even for one who speaks Italian, but not helped by wrong initial directions!)so, for other's reference, look for a restaurant GOBBI immediately near a traffic lights, (right from Rome or left from coast) the hotel is behind this. Basically overlooks the main road, Cristofero Colombo in/out of Rome to coast & the traffic is heavy, also noise from outside diners of restaurent underneath!!! Only slot m/c for snack items inside hotel, breakfast, included in price, typical Italian, taken at adjacent typical bar, which was OK, but no buffet or anything. Dinner available in restaurant under, which was OK & believe they have some English. Possibly noise problem reduced in low season. Parking not private, but off main road & under video.

Very hard to find. Not much around; but decent stopover before going to nearby airport. Lobby decorations very lush, if quirky.

The place was clean but IMPOSSIBLE to find. The signage was bad and the clerk did not speak english...so not recommended for casual tourists. It was also NOT close to the airport as advertised.

Hotel very pleasant romantic style. Charming and competent staff. Very big room(chamber) with lounge(show). Hotel near a main road but not tros génant. No restaurant in the hotel but near the (excellent) hotel.
