This is by far the very best breakfast we have ever had in all of Europe! Amazing! Not to be missed! Also, the ground floor rooms have lovely green patios to relax and enjoy! They also have a snack room for the late afternoon and evening. They really know how to spoil their guests!

2 chambres pour une nuit (une double + une trible). Accueil charmant et pro actif (confirmation directe par mail le lendemain de la réservation). La décoration de l'hôtel est plutôt sympathique et les chambres sont raisonnablement grandes. La douche de ma chambre était plutôt sommaire. L'isolation sonore sur les couloirs est médiocre mais l'hôtel étant calme cela n'a pas posé de problème. L'hôtel est légèrement à l'extérieur du centre historique, auquel on accède en 20' de marche très agréable. En résumé, un bon hôtel à recommander.

Great accomodation for a reasonable price. Appreciate the "all included" principle (garage,dog,breakfeast).Breakfeast buffet spectacular. Managements runs a nice restaurant in centre of Orta, good food and great wine list.

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff at the reception was very courteously. Parking possibility in the own underground car park. The recommendation for the restaurant down the hill was very good. The restaurant is really good - price/qaulity relationship is really good. But to book a table for dinner is advisable.

Questo è un hotel costruito a misura e sulle esigenze della clientela straniera (specialmente tedesca). La posizione dell'hotel è ottima: 10 minuti a piedi dal lago (il cui accesso è vietato alle auto), 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del trenino su ruote (servizio pubblico) che porta alla piazza principale e al sacro monte. Abbiamo avuto una bella camera ampia e fresca, arredata un po' spartanamente, con un bel balcone con terrazzino (peccato che non ci fosse una bella vista) con un bagno piccolo, buio e scomodo. Il decantato giardino comune era in realtà uno spazio che dava direttamente sulla strada (esistono però stanze con un piccolo spazio verde privato), ma negli spazi comuni sono messi a disposizione giornali e libri (libri!) per intrattenersi piacevolmente. Tristissimo (per quantità, qualità e logistica) il free point per gli snack pomeridiani, ma lussuosa la colazione del mattino con un servizio inappuntabile che ha continuamente rifornito il tavolo del buffet. L'unica nota sgradita è stata la (pessima) accoglienza. Siamo arrivati all' hotel alle 11:35 consci di essere in anticipo per il check-in, ma desiderosi di lasciare le valigie è andare al lago. Siamo stati letteralmente aggrediti alla reception perché eravamo arrivati troppo presto. D'altro canto lo stesso (sgradevole) trattamento ci era stato riservato il giorno prima quando avevamo telefonato per ottenere le indicazioni stradali per arrivare e la conferma della disponibilità del garage. Tuttavia, limitando al minimo le relazioni con il personale, ci sentiamo di raccomandare questo hotel.
