Hotel Air Plus - Orly Ville

Stayed two nights at opposite ends of a 5 day trip to the south of France, this was the reason why we chose this hotel and because Venere Web site indicated "luggage storage" service. I had to argue with the concierge and show him the web site for them to agree to keep one suitecase. The night we were booked to come back at the same hotel (so we could pick up the suitcase), we were left stranded at Orly airport at 2 am by the airline. I called the hotel for help to get a taxi and was told "we don't have any taxi phone numbers" and best they could offer was for the shuttle to pick us up at 5:30 am. So I called another hotel we had stayed earlier in the week in Paris who got us a taxi number in seconds. Not very impressed with the lack of help - on two separate occasions

We stayed at this hotel two nights. The first night I had to prove to the concierge they had a luggage storage service as shown in Venere website for this hotel. The second night, due to flight delays we were stranded at Orly airport at 2 am. Called the hotel for help and was told they did not have a taxi phone number to give me for me to call and the best they could do was to wait for the morning for their shuttle service to start at 5 am.

We learnt at the arrival(late) that on saturday evening the restaurant is close and that the only solution is to phone to a "pizza minute" to get something to eat in the room. We had to do it by ourself.

The staff here was very helpful. As with most European hotels, it was just expensive in comparison. We stayed here to be close to Orly, but the free shuttle was offered to us to go to the RER as well.
