The hotel was going through extensive refurbishment. There were no evening meal facilities and morning tea & coffee in the room facilities have been stopped. The bathroom did not have sap by the sink, only the bath. Flannels were not supplied and only half a roll of toilet paper was available! Breakfast was not very interesting either.

Good friendly staff, helpfull. poor building, needs some restauration. I requested a tripple room but got a double room with 1 extra bed. Breakfast was poor quality, buffet was out of several things which were not provided again.

Room 104 was infested with bed bugs. My wife and daughter were bitten all over. They had to change rooms at 0400 hrs, and then were put in a room that had just flooded! The Concierge had the gall to try and charge us full price in teh morning. After some persuasion he understood that it wasn't going to happen and accepted payment for one room only.
