Seralago Hotel & Suites Main Gate East - Kissimmee, Orlando

Very good value for money and excellent location. Very good for family

I was very disappointed with the hotel. The size of the room was good but the smell and overall cleanliness of the room was very poor. The carpets were very dusty, and the room had a terrible moldy smell to it. My husband suffers of allergies and was not able to shut one eye because he kept on sneezing and feeling miserable. We would have gotten the same quality at a room at Motel 6 for a cheaper prize. Will never stay there again.

I don't know why it got 3 stars. The Hilton Grand was a dollar cheaper per day to stay, but no rooms available. The theme park next door was so loud and We could not sleep. The covers were full of holes and everything seemed really out of date.

The room was ok nothing special I did find the price less in a travel flier after I booked and could not change but room was still a great deal. overall had a great time.

Very plesead with the service .Very friendly staff. I will recomend.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, no muy lejos de los parques de Disney, 20 minutos promedio, el desayuno no me gusto me parecio muy grasoso, es una buena opcion si uno renta un auto, la atencion es buena.

Un hotel perfecto para vacacionar con niños, muy cerca a los parques y de muy facil ubicacion, lo recomiendo como un buen hotel y a muy buen precio

They were very dog friendly even with a large 80 lb dog, not a problem here nor a surcharge which was great. They put us way back which meant it was very quiet where we were - away from the busy road and close to a dog walking area. That meant a bit of a walk to get to the main lobby area but there are two main buildings, so pool was close. Overall a nice experience. Close to many attractions and tons of restaurants and shops.

For a tourist is very important to have in safe place documents, money and I suppose some jewels. A safe-deposit box seems very necessary to me

Das Hotel war sehr schön und sauber. Alle waren bemüht und freundlich. Man kann zwar im Hotelrestaurant gut essen, aber preiswerter und größere Auswahl gibt es an der Hauptstrasse nur 5min weiter. Frühstückbuffet für 3,99 USD schräg gegenüber im Ponderosa Steakhouse.
