Two Bedroom suite was very quiet and spacious.. It was a little bit hidden and dark being on first floor with no view. But otherwise very nice accomodations that met our needs

This is an amazing resort located so close to Disney with much more space for a family than staying on property. Wish we had planned more time during our trip to stay at the resort and relax. First class all the way.

The hotel forgot to clean our rooms one day. When I complained I was told they would look into to matter and call back within 5 minutes. After 30 minutes I called them back and was told I would receive a partial credit for that day. I did not feel it was handled properly.

By airplane
From Orlando International Airport: take the toll road 417 South to I-4. Merge onto I-4 West toward Tampa. Take Exit 58, turn left onto County Road 532 and proceed for approximately 0.75 miles/1.2 km, past the Discovery Center, to the Reunion Resort's gatehouse on the left.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the accommodations are available at any time after 4 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the accommodations not later than 11 a.m.

Local taxes are not included in the price.
A 9% Resort Service Fee per unit per night will be added to the room rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit Policy - At time of confirmation 50% of total reservation is due. Cancellation Policy - Cancellation requests must be made 21 days in advance willreceive there entire deposit back. If the reservation is cancelled within 21 days of the arrival date then the 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 20 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
