We stay in a pool house, it was spacious and quiet, the perfect choice with childrens. Just to highlight they are self catering.

The Regal Palms Resort offers good value for money. The appartments are spacious and well-equipped for self catering vacations. With the supermarket 2 blocks away, we could enjoy a quiet homemade breakfast before hitting the parks. The pool area was nice, though it became a bit crowded at times. However, the staff at Regal Palms need a serious refresher course in customer treatment. The check-in routines needs to be seriously improved, and the staff couldn't even handle our question of a prolonged stay. They focused on all the appearent difficulties in such a simple request.We ended up finding another resort who was more than happy to welcome us for a two nights stay.

A true discovery. I ws just looking for a room for a 3 nights close to the disney park and we discovered a "town house" with all the facilities including 3 bedrooms with dedicate attached bathroom. Many, many more than expected for a good price. The swimming pool is really great and you have small restaurant and mall less than 1 mile away. Just two small details. Take care of your belongings at the swimming pool (our floaters disappeared for an unknow reason) and don't too much take care of the welcome (seems that my english was not good enough, or the fact to be a foreigner was a disadvantage). You should expect 25 minutes ride to reach disney at least and take care of cheap "tickets" sold at the hotel swimming pool entrance which involve the requirement to participate to a 2hours estate tour.

By car
From I-4 West-Tampa Area:
Exit at Hwy 27 North. Take Hwy 27 North to Sand Mine Road and turn left on Sand Mine Road. The entrance to the resort is located on the right.

From Orlando Sanford Airport:
Follow signs to I-4 West and continue to Disney area (approximately 30 miles/48 km). Exit at Hwy 192 West and travel 9 miles (14.4 km) to Hwy 27. Take Hwy 27 South to Sand Mine Road. Turn right on Sand Mine Road, the entrance to the resort is located on the right.

From Orlando International Airport:
Take 528 West (Beachline Expressway) for approximately 8 miles (12.8 km) to I-4. Take I-4 West and proceed for 8 miles (12.8 km) to Hwy 192 West. Continue to Hwy 27 and take Hwy 27 South until you reach Sand Mine Road. Turn right onto Sand Mine Road, the entrance to the resort is located on the right.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full payment is required for bookings less than $200.00, or made within 14 days of arrival. Same credit card provided for deposit must be presented upon check-in.
