This place was amazing, and I got an amazing rate on the room. The place had 2 bedrooms, a hot tub, a heated pool, a huge living room, flat screen TV's in every room, an XBOX360, and was right down the road from from the Disney parks and only a few minutes away from the Universal Studios parks. I won't be staying anywhere else next time I go to Orlando, this place has it all. Best vacation spot ever.

The facilities are very nice, although already showing wear from inconsiderate travelers. The pool and workout rooms are fantastic. A family of Sandhill cranes showed up early every morning for handouts. Staff (front desk, others) is rather indifferent. Seems to be a miscommunication on checkout time? Website and room says 11:00 a.m.; the harassment starts around 10:30. Yikes - it's unbearable! The source seemed to be the housekeeping supervisor; what a way to put a sour ending on what was a nice stay!

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME BOOKING WITH VENERE. BUT MY SECOND TIME STAYING AT THIS LOCATION. I LOVE THIS RESORT BECAUSE THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. YOU ARE NOT TO CLOSE TO THE CITY YET JUST A MIN OR TWO YOU CAN FOUND EVERYTHING YOU NEED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IT IS DEFINTELY WORTH THE MONEY. SPACIOUS ROOMS GREAT DECOR AND THE PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM HOME. THE ONLY THING TO REMEMBER IS YOU MUST RENT THE GAMING SYSTEMS FOR THE ROOMS. BUT WHO CARES YOU'LL BE BY THE POOL ARE AT THE BILLARDS ROOM OR IN THE MOVIE THEATER.

The resort needs to offer an opportunity to it's rental guests to understand the entire offering. We did not know the schedule of the build plan and might have been interested in pre-construction pricing.

They did not have our reservation on arrival. The rooms were picked up but clearly not vacuumed from previous guests. On the second portion of the reservation they put us in a room with a full bed, not the king as promised. They did not provide maid service at all. When we called to inquire they said it was $25 to drop off towels & pick up trash, $50 to change sheets. This was totally unexpected based on the documentation, nor was it mentioned on check in. Totally unreasonable. Then they charged for the in house call to inquire to their concierge! We used no services or amenities but the extra fees have us wondering whether they will charge our credit card for electricity, water, cable, air, etc. The facility is nice, but the service is poor. They do not seem to know what they are doing, but the lack of integrity is what makes it totally unacceptable. Clearly they are not trustworthy.

By car
From Orlando International Airport:
Take SR 528 West to I-4. Go west on I-4 to SR 192 (Exit 64B). Go west on SR 192 for 5.5 miles (8.8 km) to the hotel entrance, located on the right.

From Tampa:
Take I-4 to I - 429 East. Go west on SR 192 for 1 mile (1.6 km) to the hotel entrance, located on the right.

From Miami:
Take Florida's Turnpike to I-4 (Exit 259). Go west on I-4 to SR 192 (Exit 64B). Go west on SR192 for 5.5 miles (8.8 km) to the hotel entrance, located on the right.

From Main Gate at Walt Disney World:
Take World Drive South to SR 192. Go west on SR 192 for 4 miles (6.4 km) to the hotel entrance, located on the right.
